Baradji looks a class act, sometimes forgets his man when tracking back though, would like to see him start but definitely would need tronstad next to him. Thought Henriksson had his best game for us (not saying much) but I think second striker might be his position going forward. -

I think he'll be fine in a midfield 3 - he definitely needs someone doing some of the dirty work next to him. Litherland very much looked like a CB playing RWB today - but the didn't get in down his side, so you can't really complain. We desperately need a credible backup for Alebiosu. Sadly I think the Gueye ship has sailed. -

What's Baradji's best position? Doesn't seem to track back enough for CM. Very good at progressing with ball and playing others in. Not seen much of him in final 3rd yet personally. Worth a start on Monday. Must be worst bench in the league currently? Lucky we've got Litherland etc to see us through, but I don't think ready for champ yet. Once again we're devoid of speed. Cantwell is our token and we're much much better with him. Dare I say it Gueye would have been a good choice to bring on.. -

If there were no departures and a really decent striker came in in January I'd be happy with that. Obviously it seems inevitable that Pickering and Gueye will be leaving so ideally you'd want them replacing in some form or other as well. I certainly wouldn't shed any tears if we could offload Kargbo either. -

Football does your head in. Game not live in the States so I was glued to BBC teletext aka latest scores. I was convinced Boro would snatch the lead in injury time first half. They didn’t Then my neighbour came in with Christmas cookies and I missed 20 minutes. I was convinced it would be 2-0 Boro mid second half. It wasn’t Then I refreshed the screen each minute of injury time convinced that Boro would nick a winner in the last minute. They didn’t. 4 points out of 6 against top teams with no goals against us. Maybe I should relax and trust our youngbloods. -

I'd like to add, the hallowed Callum Brittain did nothing for 90 minutes against Hedges and Pickering... -

Last time i looked at the Sheff Weds tickets they had a handful left in the next to end block in the upper tier. I know the online sales often throw up red herrings when it comes to guessing how many sold but if that was correct they'll only have one block left to sell. I'm of the opinion they've suspended sales because they don't want to be made to pay for a full extra allocation of 500/1000 in the lower. Obviously Wednesday would want to sell as many as possible so why they'd insist that i don't know but football clubs are strange things often run by clueless people. And they need money. It's the only reason i can think of to stop sales, initial allocation almost sold. -

Baradji looks like a match winner once he can play 70-80 minutes a game. So good on the ball. -

We really need another striker. Henriksson worked hard today but he's not really a striker and we need better if we're going to stay up. -

What word gets around? These are professional footballers, they quickly work you out. He gave up one shot (and forced his man wide in the process) in 90 minutes. We'll see how he develops, especially considering we've got Wharton, Carter, Miller, O'Riordan, Litherland and Atcheson (sp) breathing down his neck. For once we're in a good position. -

Brian Bevan the Aussie Rugby League winger. He came out with every part of his body bandaged, he looked like a mummy, but when he got the ball nobody could catch him. -

Gestede seems very much aligned with Pasha, so I assume they've already green lit the funds. Someone clearly pulled the rug on Broughton when he tried to sign O'Brien and McGuire. -

It doesn't seem as good a point as it probably should, Rovers were the better team and finished the game far stronger. You've got to say, if we had Gudjonson up front with Ohashi we're in with a great chance of winning it,but considering the injuries before and during the game, it's a well earned point.
