I certainly think he's having an influence as the continued involvment of some despite them contributing nothing or even contributing to losing goals is astounding for any manager. It’s been pointed out over that last 24 hours that the real attendance can be obtained from the police, by asking for it under freedom of information. Just to further embarrass the owners and to put some perspective on the destruction, why don’t the coalition get this after each home game, publish the figure and ask for a reaction from the club, with regards to making a statement about it and what they intend to do to improve it. The old adage the club is nothing without fans, needs emphasising, as there are very few left.

I highly, highly doubt that. He’ll be way above the self imposed wage cap, and he’ll also know himself that he’d get a move to at least another Championship club in a heartbeat. My money is on him not being here next September, and that’s a bit optimistic given there’s the Jan window to come.
