  1. Past hour
  2. Miller's jet lag clicked in. Ohashi and Morishita are too lightweight for the referees in this league. The ref was poor again; Gueye had every right to complain after he was penalised having been fouled by two of their players. But Rovers didn't deserve anything from the game. QPR were far better overall.
  3. QPR well worth their win. We didn't even get started, beaten all over the pitch. Chair, Saito and Dembele, the two squads that played tonight looked a league apart. The debacle at CB is there for all to see. Not sure this on Ismael, but he needs to figure out something quick. First half worst half of the season so far, couldnt get the ball.
  4. Baradji isn’t good enough. Calling it early.
  5. Dreadful, just a spineless ineffective performance.
  6. Todd needs to be back on Saturday and hopefully a miracle return from Trondstad
  7. Tavares will go down as one of the worst signings in the clubs history. Considering some of the shit we’ve seen, that’s some going
  8. Baradji was the only one who half resembled a player. Guess which one we don't own?
  9. I agree regarding Pratt, but: He's obviously playing a very low-risk game, and with McLoughlin in the middle he doesn't quite get the angles he would normally get in the wide LCB position. He's the best passer out of the three CB's tonight, and we struggle to get going when Miller is so sloppy and Pratt plays it so safe. Disappointing night but didn't think that performance warranted a clean sheet.
  10. A very beatable team at home, confidence after a good away win and they serve that shite up. Of those that featured today, how many should be championship players? Not fucking many. Fucking dross.
  11. I seriously have little confidence of beating Sheffield Wednesday at home. Their team will have more fight and championship nous than ours.
  12. Meanwhile I can very distantly hear “North London Forever” being sung at the Emirates from my window.
  13. Quite an even game I thought. Lacked a lot of quality in the match. Thought qpr set themselves up pretty well. They stood off us and let our back 3 have the ball and gave no room in midfield to have it easy passing into midfield. Our back 3 just passed sideways and qpr tried to force us into mistakes. Both teams had massive chances, I have to say the difference imo was the triple change we made. Forshaw and Gueye coming on were not needed imo. Gudjohnsen didn’t look tired and with someone like him who’s able to score you would just keep him on unless he tires which he hadn’t. Yuki had run himself Into the ground with 7/8 mins left but he’d made his changes. The goal came from a tired poor pass from miller. Then de neve didn’t get himself back to cover around. Felt like a game of fine margins, and it was I think the subs killed it and I also think the squad in depth for qpr maybe shown it was better than ours… baffling subs. I think that stops talk of playoff pushes. Let’s just try to take a game at a time and get enough points to stay in this league as we cant seem to cope at home.
  14. Todd needs to be back on Saturday and hopefully a miracle return from Trondstad
  15. Initial thoughts: Miller looked knackered and I think probably injured but there's no options off the bench. Gudjohnsen should score the 2nd. De Neve didn't understand the system and was badly exposed defensively. Forshaw was too slow to adapt to the game, their goal came from a lack of grip in midfield that became apparent as soon as Taylor Hickman went off. Gueye honestly offers nothing. Pears was fine Pratt was good Hedges was mostly good until his final ball. The shot he pulled to the left should have been a pass and a tap in for at least 2 rovers players in the box. Ultimately we could easily have won the game, it was fine margins but as ever - the quality of players means we lose those tight matches and that comes down, ultimately, to Gestede and Pasha.
  16. Have we played anyone who has a V good home record though, Wrexham are good at home.
  17. These cannot be your substitutions if you’re trying to change a game.
  18. I thought the other way round. The first was absolutely unforgiveable for a professional footballer. The second was very good goalkeeping although he probably shouldnt have given him the chance.
  19. Looked like Millers head wasn't right...maybe the head injury and long flight caught him up...would not count him out yet
  20. I remove Pratt from any criticism - thought he was ok throughout. Montgomery not the worst and spent the 2nd half covering for Miler and Alebiosu, Gudjohnsen should have scored but was still getting in the right places and looked like our only hope of a goal. Rest looked pretty shagged out and generally crap. Subs just crap (ironically Forshaw and Tavares probably the best). Think the substitutions were more precautionary for the coming games than genuinely believing the players coming on could actually do anything of use
  21. Sidney Tavares is so bad that I'm expecting a TV crew to run on the pitch at some point and tell us all we've been pranked in signing him. Like that fella at Southampton who claimed to be related to George Weah. Montgomery also sadly just not good enough.
