Manchester Blue Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 What a strange post!! I thought you were trying to get debate on this sort of subject to simmer down, not perpetuate it with such evident glee!!! Tris as you seem to enjoy searching my posts so much then maybe you could root through them and spot the rare occasion that I respond to a post with a harsh comment. I understand it must be tough for someone who has never posted any harsh comments on this board to understand but sometimes a post gets the response it deserves.

Cocker Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 There seems to be allot of people here who have only read about what was said so here you go:- Click Dont know how long it will stay up for.
Biddy Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 There seems to be allot of people here who have only read about what was said so here you go:- Click Dont know how long it will stay up for. OK, after having seen the clip (Thanks Cocker) I'm even more convinced of 2 things:- 1) There was no "fun" or jest in any of the reactions. It was more a giggled shock that someone would just say that. 2) It looks even more staged than any of the reports suggested. Big Brother shows how good they are in dealing with the outragous comments and wow, suddenly increase their viewers and sad people like us actually looking and talking about it (even though that clip is the only time I've seen this series).
Cocker Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 2) It looks even more staged than any of the reports suggested. Sadley, it seems that now more than ever they all seem very aware that the cameras are on them and the whole thing seems staged (not just this clip) I actually didnt mind it so much in the early days when it just seemed like we were all spying on a bunch of people (I am no Voyeur by the way) but now its just full if a bunch of wanna be's
blue phil Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Click Dont know how long it will stay up for. Shocking , absolutely shocking ....... (Not the non existent "racism" of course ........I'm referring to the fact that these tarts are allowed to smoke on our TV screens . Sets a terrible example )
LeftWinger Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Did anyone watch it last night? They were talking about Romeo and Juliet - to which Brian responded "Was that Romeo in So Solid Crew?" He hadn't even heard of William Shakespeare! I was stunned. I would have thought 99.99% of the English adult population would have heard of Shakespeare. Just shows the kind of morons who they get in there.
tcj_jones Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I bet he has really but was putting on that "stupid character" that he has so obviously been carrying whilst in the house. I don't think anybody in England would not have heard of Shakespeare.
cletus Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Had to laugh when Seany told Brian they didn`t have toilets in ireland. When Brian asked what did they do? Seany said "we dig a hole, do our thing, then cover it with sand." he went on to say it made great compost & the plants grew well. Brian looking bemused then said "Can you not get Tony Blair to help you out or sumfink?" . . . . Is it just me who cannot understand a single word those twins say?
cletus Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 ...Just a thought, will channel 4 enforce the smoking ban on July 1st in the BB house?
liam Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 ...Just a thought, will channel 4 enforce the smoking ban on July 1st in the BB house? yeah they got an area outside
thenodrog Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Watched about 10 mins of this crap this morning. Some Irish guy got voted out and the rest behaved like there had been a bloody death in their family! The women appear to be absolute f***wits whilst the blokes seem hell bent on turning into f***wit women too. Especially after viewing their reactions to the above getting potted. Tears, angst, kissy kissy, group hugs etc etc. It's pathetic, nobody really would behave like that unless there were camera's on them and they wanted to make themselves look stupid would they? They must have sweet FA on their minds the rest of the time. We seriously need another war! As for providing some sort of comment on the psychology of our society it's pathetically skewed. In fact the contributers to this mboard beat it by a mile.
roversmum Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Pot, kettle, black theno? Never mind, not so long to the start of the season now
tcj_jones Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Anybody remember Aislyene last year when she had to vote somebody out? She acted in greater hysterics than I would if I found out that my entire family, girlfriend and dog all died at once. I hate that woman. She deserves, well she doesn't deserve to die, but I can't really see a reason why she should be living...
adopted scouser Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Can't watch this one at all, although if they gently lowered Charley onto a spike over the remainder of it's run I'd record it.
Billy Castell Posted June 25, 2007 Author Posted June 25, 2007 Isn't that the gobby black transvestite? whenever I flick to channel 4 and thats on, she's always shouting over people and saying 200 words a minute, whoever she is. And I wouldn't gently lower her. The first ever BB, was intersting, as it was a bunch of normal people. Now they dig up any old wannabe, freak or nutcake, booze them up and see what happens. It's almost tragic how they desperately cling onto their f-list celeb status when they leave the house. I bet loads of the women from previous series have ended up on some dodgy porn channels in order to still be on TV. It's a bit like Thermistocles being exiled and ending up advising the son of Xerxes on Greek affairs, but without the achievements of the Athenian statesman.
cletus Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 It's a bit like Thermistocles being exiled and ending up advising the son of Xerxes on Greek affairs, but without the achievements of the Athenian statesman. ...err, yeah. I was thinking that aswell.
LeftWinger Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I bet he has really but was putting on that "stupid character" that he has so obviously been carrying whilst in the house. I don't think anybody in England would not have heard of Shakespeare. I believe he's wet the bed now. Still think he's putting it on?
Billy Castell Posted June 26, 2007 Author Posted June 26, 2007 So are you watching it at the moment, and someone has p_ssed themselves? On national TV as well. Oh well, no-one will notice.......................................
grizfoot Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 So Brian won, worthy winner in my opinion. Although this year's BB was rather poor I thought.
tcj_jones Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 Weren't the twins huge odds on with the bookies? I always thought Brian would win.
mjs Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 Yeah, well done Brian. Backed him at 11/1 at the end of June!!
cletus Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 When do the twins get their kits off for Nuts/FHM? i`m counting.......
Billy Castell Posted September 2, 2007 Author Posted September 2, 2007 They haven't got that much to show have they? I wonder who'll be the one who ends up on the porn channels taking it up the tradesman's entrance? I reckon one or both of the twins, Chanelle or Charlie.
cletus Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 The Daily Star at work today had the first 9 pages all about Ziggy & Chanelle. Page 10 had a snippet about the troop withdrawal from Basra. This country is SO f####d up.
