Any news on Southampton at all? I heard they were interested in another player after signing Euell.

A centre half is next on the wish list. The window re-opens in a week, so there could be a loan then.

Wigan's Diego Placente deal could yet be revived - even after midnight.

If he gets himself paid up at Celta Vigo he can move as a free tonight or next week.
