I've got bets on Betfair for Sparky to go Man Citeh and Chelsea so tbh i dnt care which on he goes to now, he's made his choice that he doesn't want to be here anymore so the quicker he goes the better. I hope Chelsea come in for him ASAP and give him the opportunity to show how good he is/could be.

Nicko is he defo going to go to either of these two clubs, because surely he will not be welcomed back by JW.

This is just out of curiousity but if i were to put £2 on betfair on the lay part saying Jose Mourinho would not be next Chelsea manager, and he clearly isn't going to be, would i win? Because if so, we could all win £2 000 for a £2 stake, would be liable for £1 999 but we all know he isn't going to leave Inter already

Cardiff have received 3 bids from 'top Premier League clubs'

They have allowed 2 to talk to him, one being Man Utd, as he reported ages ago.

I believe Hughes already agreed with JW when Hughes started the job, that he would be interested in a bigger club if he could prove himself at Rovers. JW would have understood that position - hughes has gone to JW and said I am being linked with this job and that job and I want to see who really wants me. Mark Hughes has no realy interest in Man City he is just using them to wake chelsea up - this is something he would have told JW earlier last week. If Chelsea do not want him and he turns city down JW would want Hughes to stay with rovers and Hughes would also know that when ever another big job comes up to turn it down until the man U job comes available in 2 years time.

Nothing to say though is there until the next big bit of news comes in. There's a limit to how much you can speculate and anguish (although the number of pages this thread has run to would suggest it's a pretty bit limit) I just hope the Hughes leaving bit is sorted soon and we can move on to the new manager and then perhaps the bit we should have been looking at - "Who do we buy?"

I stuck 80 on at 10.7, 40 on at 6.2 and another 40 on at 4.3 this morning.

That's balanced out by a combined 50 on Ancelotta and Scolari.

i managed to get a fiver on hughes at 11 yesterday literally as the news about city broke. this was on befair. he was at around 20 or 21 yesterday lunch time as well which was i was a bit gutted about.

Um, no - You'd be risking a 2 grand loss to win a couple of quid,
