Good shout. If they know they're missing out on Hughes they may be talking to him.

That get's really bonkers though - why would you get rid of Sven to replace him with McClaren?

McClaren managed managed to get England fans reminiscing wistfully about the Sven days. Surely no-one would be daft enough to repeat that mistake?

But Shinawatra knows nowt about football though so perhaps it's not as bad a shout as first appears. and ADB I'd be there with the thermos flask in case it was a long protest.

In the absence of an update on the manager...

The Aaron Ramsey move is far from done. Man U have agreed a deal that suits Cardiff, but there is another club in - and the kid wants to talk to both to find out which one is best for his career.

Good luck to the lad, his head is screwed on...and he is some player.

According to the Manchester evening news HERE the two parties met last night.

Now whether that means that City met Hughes, City met the rovers board or it's all a load of nonsense I don't know. I suspect, knowing the MEN's reputation, that it's the third one.
