i think thats to do with the fact he is getting an interview this afternoon. i assume there will be another interview with someone else over the weekend at some point too. and so forth until everyone at the top of the list has been discussed by board.

Interviewing Martinez and Ince is tricky because they are both in existing football management contracts.

Both sides have made their points of view and arguments blatantly clear for either wanting or not wanting BFS as the next manager. Its clear views aren't going to change so lets just leave it at that and see what the board decides.

I voted for Ince but two or three votes seemingly makes quite a difference.

HTC has gone from 14 to 18% in a couple of minutes.

if he is offered the job he will have seen all that already. they must know what the manager thinks of working with a relatively small budget, and cant risk him splash 10m on one player.

Bilic was idolised by West Ham fans and still is as he was a hard nut centre back but suffered injuries went to Everton for big money, injuries and no form ment he was released from his contract early with a big pay off.

Bilic was `alright`as a centre half,not good enough for a top 6 club but ok for mid-table.

Well folks, my wife is currently in Bolton at her cousins. Out of the conservatory she can see fat Sams wife with her son. BFS is NOT at home having left with another male in a Range Rover over 3 hours ago. Sam was wearing a nice black suit as was his friend.

There is 2 youngish children playing in the garden having a ball on a trampoline !!

i would love to witness that meeting. i bet sam is one of the most professional and prepared people they will interview. all we can do now is hope they make the right decision.

btw. if berg gets in the picture, at least he are experienced managing a team with low attendances

Sam would impress in an interview I reckon.

I am currently get torn to pieces in the office at the moment by Spurs and other London based fans - they are literally pi*sing themselves laughing about our managerial short list in general, and also the liklihood of Sam getting the job.

Quite hard to take.......
