Ossydave Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 We'll sell about 500, not a chance of a sell out.
sambo Posted August 16, 2009 Author Posted August 16, 2009 We sold more than 500 last year, both times I went (two 0-0 draws) We've only got 2000, wouldn't be surprised if we got close to it
1864roverite Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Leyland Blues are travelling to the North east for this one

1864roverite Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 When I have the ticket I will let you know, they should be int he post tomorrow morning
Gav Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 I was going to run the legendary booze bus again to this one, but had to pull the idea unfortunately. But it will make a couple of trips this season I can assure the usual suspects
1864roverite Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 There is one thing that keeps nagging me about this game and it is this. Jason Roberts OWES Blackburn Rovers and its fans for that awful miss last season and its pay back time (if he starts or is on the bench). Over many years I have seen some basic misses in front of goal, some horrifc misses and then some. Jason Roberts has to be amongst the Ronnie Rosenthal type misses for costing us 3 points in last seasons corresponding fixture.

Di Santo to start. He will be on the bench though because Kalanic is apparently well away from playing.

sambo Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 Booze bus Looking forward to this one, think we can nick a win, or maybe a draw. About time we get a win, went to Wolves, West Brom, Sunderland twice, Middlesbrough, Wigan, Man United, Man City, Bolton and Stoke.... I didn't see a win!
Hughesy Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 About time we get a win, went to Wolves, West Brom, Sunderland twice, Middlesbrough, Wigan, Man United, Man City, Bolton and Stoke.... I didn't see a win! Please dont go!!
sambo Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 Please dont go!! I'm sorry, we have to break the duck eventually If we haven't won away by Burnley, I'll kindly step down and let a more 'lucky' fan go
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I think we've won every away match I've been to. Anyone wanna buy me an away season ticket? Boro away (Stead debut), Villa away (Stead, Flitty), Wigan away (Reid, Bellamy, Pedersen), Worthy Cup Final (Jansen, Cole). Only blot on my record is the FA Cup Semi.

We used to win when I went, until I started going regularly. I too went to Villa away, was a huge win at the time. Also remember a 2-1 win at Oakwell in the promotion season/ ADB, let me buy you a ticket anytime, you can refund me if we lose
Mike Graham Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 aye i'm going, looking forward to this one. It is important to get e few away games on the Rovers database in order to get one of those away tickets for the Dingle Dome.
rovers1995 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 YES, I'm going finally found someone to go with me. Going to get the tickets and travel tomorrow. Can't wait come on you Blues. I'll be the one in the white away top with JACK WALKER 1 on the back of it.
