Di Santo doing at thankless task up front. So sad we can't keep him.

Tragic, he looks absolutely class and seems to enjoy it playing for us. I wonder if Chelsea could be persuaded if we could magic the money from somewhere...

There's no way we could buy him. Our only slight possibility is extending the loan to the end of the season, but with the african nations coming up and Di Santo's extremely impressive displays for us I don't see him staying with us :(

We're not 100% sure he's going to be returning yet.

They might even win their appeal or they might want him for next season which means getting first team football at Ewood would be for valuable for them than if he returned and stayed in the reserves for the rest of the season.

Great first half for us. Everybody playing at their best, even Keith looks inspired. The gulf in class between us and the dingles is clear. If we keep that up in the 2nd half it could become a thrashing.
