I cannot believe that Goodwillie was asked to travelled down here earlier this week, with the club knowing full well the manager wasn’t going to be there.

HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN? SORT IT OUT.

We got away with it this time, we may not be so lucky next time around.

I HATE the fact that we have such a great value ticket pricing system and how we spent a day earlier this all over the media being touted as an example to follow for other clubs, sort it out Venky's.

All this negativity is tiresome and is making this messageboard insufferable.

We have plenty to look forward to this season:

1. Venky's are astute and knowledgeable owners compared to their uncaring predecessors.

2. The club has a new top management in place with an outstanding track record.

3. Steve Kean is a top-class manager in the making and is here for the long term.

4. We have set our sights on Champions League football within 4 years.

5. We have paid off an £18m loan by selling Phil Jones.

6. We could have another £10m plus in the bank soon from the likely departure of Chris Samba.

7. We have spent £2m in the transfer window on the next Kenny Dalglish.

8. The owners are said to be buying a house in the area.

That's enough positivity to counter all the doomsayers for one morning.

More this afternoon.

They've changed the phasing of the lights at the junction of Maxwellton/ Canal st.

Some mornings I can be sat for 20 mins before I get through. Its a rush to get to work on time and my manager is giving me grief.

IMO this is idicative of the mismanagement of the Venkys

SORT IT OUT !!

I have just returned from a holiday in Portugal. After many previous years of unbroken sunshine under the previous owners this time we had a day when it rained non-stop. This never happened before Venkys took over.... co-incidence?...global warming?....I don't think so!
