We've lost plenty of points in later stages of games

Against 10 men?Who had shown nothing to suggest they where going to score

Everyone on here apart from 1 or 2 expected a relegation fight this year a d thus far we have been in the bottom 3 1 or 2 weeks of the season

Scott Wharton cleared a cross in the 6 yard box right in front of Szmodics who was about to tap it in the net 90 seconds before the game was abandoned.

Ismael said we had a stronger squad, I don't care what people expected, if he finishes 8th he should be sacked

And you expect the guy who replaces Ismael to say the squad is shite?

I'm not suggesting Ismael is brilliant, I wouldn't cry if he was sacked but I think if he does go he would be replaced by similar who would be "complicit" with Gestede and Pashas plans.

Our concentration should be on removing the owners failing that at least Gestede and Pasha

We are in a relegation fight.

Yeah which was predicted by many including myself so why is it a surprise we are down there.

If we had say Eustace in charge of this squad and all the injuries we wouldn't have been in a relegation scrap?

I'd say we would be doing better than this. But of course that isn't a situation that could have occurred with JE as this squad needs manager willing to work with it.

I think we'll stay up this season by the skin of our teeth, maybe by 3 or 4 points. If Valerian stays, I'm sure we will go down next season, dropping like a stone, based on our trajectory of constant downgrading in every possible area of the football club.

We've had an okay run of games in December and January, yet failed to pick up many points and we've built a gap but it's a fragile one.

That true horror run of fixtures we have for the last 10 or so games will eat into any remaining point gap very quickly and we will be shitting ourselves til very late in the season.

I'd support the guy that replaced him if he came in & said that yes.

Yeah but he won't while Gestede and Pasha are doing the choosing then whoever replaces Ismael will be reading from the same script.

So if he came in and completely demoralised the squad you'd consider that a good start?

No argument from me that Eustace Is a far better manager

But when he was here with a much more experienced squad when injuries hit key players he also struggled to win matches

'These lads need to improve if we're to be successful'

Is that demoralising?

The point you were replying to initially was about the new manager saying the squad is shite.

What you're saying now isn't exactly the same...but players can read between the lines and would know they're being told they're not good enough players.

Didn't ismael say that earlier in the season about some of the players? He certainly was critical of Taveres

He said something along the lines of they have had their settling in period and now we need to see improvement

Which he should have said, but instead he called fans stupid for suggesting the squad is weaker

Another great comment from him back in October - "we haven't lost any quality"

All of the usual excuses coming up. Injuries, abandonments, bad luck, if we had more goals.

He obviously is well down the list of problems but he is a problem nonetheless.

So you think another guy would have us much further in the table and more points away from the bottom 3 with this squad and injuries?

Ain't you always calling most the players in the squad shit?

Even factoring in the fact that we do have some shit players in the squad, and obvious imbalances. I do think we could be doing a bit better, yes. As we do have a handful of good players and the league especially near the bottom is really poor.

Eustace wouldnt be 20th.

I wouldn’t take RF99 that seriously when it comes to the players. Pretty much everybody is shit or a kid. His record on players is about as good as Mercer’s on score predictions

Yeah Eustace is a much better manager

But we are not going to appoint a manager like Eustace

Ismael leaves he will be replaced by similar.

Yeah we do have some good platyers but injuries are killing us,most the players that have been injured have been key players aswell Toth,Cantwell, Gudjohnson, Hedges, S.Wharton, Alebiousu going away . Since Gudjohnson got injured we are playing with no striker

When injuries hit us similarly under both JDT and Eustace we struggled to win matches and they did have far more experience in their squad even with the injuries
