davulsukur Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Just stop the video after 43 seconds. Some good goals in there tbf but if Weimann vs Dingles doesn't win by a landslide, it's absolutely criminal. 3 Quote
bluebruce Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Weimann's Dingles goal is the best finish, and obviously the opposition gives it emotional weight. But I think the best goal overall, emotion taken out, was the lovely team move capped by a strong near post finish from a bit of a tight angle by Brittain, against Millwall. The team move for Dolan's goal (Plymouth?) was pretty sweet too. I expect Weimann to win it because of who it was against, and being the best strike. Quote
davulsukur Posted April 24 Posted April 24 Emotion plays a huge part in goals, generally speaking though. Weimann's must have been the first goal we've scored past them in 10 years. The others are good goals but none of them compare to Weimann's. Not only was it a superb hit, look at what it meant to us Rovers fans. A vote for any other goal is utterly insane. Quote
Ossydave Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Pretty obvious the winner here. The commentary is etched in my memory from the journey home to the Rishton Arms as people watched it on repeat on their phones. You hear the GO ON first from our fans Then a gasp Then Hit, magnificently A quite astonishing goal from Andi Weimann Out of nowhere! What a shame the clown officials ruled Dolan offside, we'd be 1 point behind Coventry now 🤬 2 Quote

Rovers fans next to them going crazy. 2 Quote
