Signed memorabilia question

Looking to buy a signed Rovers shirt, and wanted to check to see if signatures are legit or fake.

Does anyone have the knowledge on signatures etc?

Without a Certificate Of Authenticity from the club you are buying in good faith only. 
 

A former work colleague of mine once collected a “signed match ball” from a Premier League club & he watched it be signed…by the folks in the office who each had mastered copying a player or two’s autographs!!!

His faith in human nature was destroyed…🤷‍♂️

Hw still got a “ signed match ball “. It just wasn’t signed by the players.  “ Buyer Beware “.

My youngest son got a signed Rovers ball a few years ago. It came with a piece of paper that deciphered all the squiggles.

Would personally stay well clear of modern signed Shirts,a company a few years ago were selling them with knock off signatures.

Not knocking @RoversClitheroe in any way but I've never understood the draw of having something that is signed unless it was signed to yourself personally. 

I've a miniature ball signed by Henning Berg, Ian Pierce and Stuart Ripley. It means a lot to me because it is signed to me specifically. Best wishes from Ripley himself.
