McLoughlin has been shown up playing in the middle of a 3. Been poor in my opinion.

Think he's OK on the left of a 3, painfully slow though.

Have to remember that Hull were quite happy to let him go on the cheap when they were banned from signing players, that should say a lot.

A narrative that he’s good enough for champ or rovers level. Mason burstow perfect example 2 goals in 30 champ last year but doing well in league one. There is a big jump in quality

Why would it say a lot? We were willing to sell our best cb and captain on the cheap doesn’t mean they were poor players

The terms would normally be agreed pre-loan in that case, so the commercials would all be in place.

correct. We have a fixed fee to sign him. 

Given he was key target for Ismael and Rovers, I fully expect this transfer to be permanent before end of the season

The point I made was nothing to do with signing Sanderson.

It was that discussing whether we have got better or worse would be based on the players we had last season, not how they have done since.

Its Christmas, and he hasnt started a game. You are quick to shoot down people for what you perceive to be writing off players when its the other way around, even half a season in having started games.

McLoughlin and Miller has been more than solid signings, yet the odd bad performance grant

Not every signing will work out but that's normal within a football club

Its flippant to say that all clubs have signings that wont work out.

Most clubs dont have windows with as many total duds, with as many holes in their squad and with as drastic a drop in results.
