Cadamateri would be a fine signing, Dike too if he is fit. Just get someone in pronto. Need goals asap.

Dike was a real threat when he came on last night for wba.

For that reason can't seem him leaving in their position.

Watched that game last night and thought how much I wish we had Batth and Trav back

Dike is an interesting one as it looks like he’s out of contract in the summer so that combined with his injury record could keep the fee down. He didn’t join West Brom for a huge fee either and due to the injuries he’s not really pushed on there. I guess he’s hoping he stays fit and ends the season well to get a move. I wouldn’t be against bringing him in but we need another as well.

If currently being used why would wba sell to a relegation rival - makes no sense on their end

Prior to last night, he was being use about a similar amount to how Gueye was used for us (before he was dropped from our squad completely

Those look the minutes of a guy surplus to requirements rather than someone being eased back from injury (last night excluded)

Yes we can. We can activate any time after 20 appearances.

This seems like a very strange clause to me, if it's optional. Yverdon wanted a sale. They've no reason to care whether he played 20 games for us.  We should prefer the freedom to decide regardless of games played and have no reason to ask for that clause. Given both parties knew he would be out for months to begin with, it seems even stranger.

The only way I can see it is if it isn't an option but an obligation. Rovers were known to change their mind on buying once the injury was revealed. 20 games would likely demonstrate he was over it, and give Yverdon some security over getting the money if he was as good as they thought he was, rather than us just using him as a (presumably) cheap loan.

I guess there's one other way I can see it - if the player's side insisted on it. I guess he could be reluctant to be bought fairly cheaply just to be a backup player.

Good point

Is it possible that its not an option to buy, but is instead an obligation to buy after he makes 20 appearances?

That would make more sense

Edit - I really should have  read your whole post before I replied

Barry Bannan leaving. wouldn't mind in coming. Walk into our midfield since we are so poor as creating.

he`s a class act even at 35,don`t think he`d fancy swapping one crisis club for another tbh

and no doubt Millwall will pay him double what Rovers would offer anyway
