75% probably.

Not replacing dependable experienced centre defenders like Hyam and Batth is too stupid to put into words and no lessons learned from last time they did similar.

They managed to replace Brittain well and cheaply so why they didn't get at least one more good centre man in can only down to penny pinching and naivety.

Because there are good men out there.
