  1. Agreed, especially if it isn't a mid week or a tv job.
  2. Any chance of that Maguire deal happening, or have Orlando realized that Jan's debacle was quite enough for them?
  3. Of all the crazy shit we've done over the last 12 years or so, not selling a contract expiring Gally to Ipswich for 2.5m ( or whatever it was) in Jan is right up there. Wouldn't have even mattered that we didn't replace him.
  4. Ended up being a pretty good day in the end. See ya next year!
  5. Delighted with the win and never been so happy to lose £20. My losing acca streak continues just as I thought it would thank goodness. Also, let's stop with the Hyam/DM abuse about being ill. We've no idea what's gone on there, do you really wanna play a player who could be at deaths door, weak, off the pace and spewing/shits in a relegation decider? However I do find the ott celebrations a bit embarrassing. Is that what we've become? Going mental about avoiding a drop into the 3rd tier? I'm not a huge international football fan, but I'm really looking forward to the Euros. Not having to think about the Rovers for 3 months and an opportunity to watch football stress free! P.s what with the Forest and Dingle results, turned into quite the day! See you next year so to speak!
  6. "The guy has worked miracles, he's got the players playing better. Under jdt we were dead and buried, we would've been relegated by now. Well done to the current manager" This was written on a Rovers Facebook page regarding Eustace comments about potentially staying up.
  7. Stick a tenner on an accumulator for Leicester, plymouth, b'ham and sheff wed all to win and at least if it comes off you have paid for your league 1 S/T.
  8. Regardless of what happens next weekend, (and on the balance of probabilities we'll most likely just have enough) - this guy clearly ain't good enough to take us forward. Set up not to lose against a knackered team, at home, with owt to play for, when we need the win.
  9. Why does that matter? It will just make the uefa cup or whatever its called now, stronger, like it was in the 90s
  10. Absolutely fucking disgraceful. Makes my blood boil. Replays need to be brought back throughout the competition. Greed and money grabbing and just outright lying. These top clubs have huge squads often at the detriment of others and vacuum up all the talent (think Philipps to Spurs) and yet complain about fixtures. Oh but don't worry, they'll spend 2 months in pre season flying around the globe several times packing in as many games as possible. Go to hell FA, and take your shite European competitions with you
  11. What an incredible result! Sensational. Thus division is a crazy place, but how often does it happen at the end of the season? Teams at the top of the table bottomish of the form table, with the relegation sides near the top. The other part I'm really proud about was that I felt we were a little mugged off by the scheduling - leeds played at home on Tues, whereas we were away on Wed the other side of the country. However our fitness and determination was fantastic. Odds were 30-1 for us to go down on bet365 when i checked. Hopefully the bookie is always right!
  12. Actually great point, and that bloody team in the fa cup, just so happened to be us again!
  13. Outrageous that they effectively signed a player in front of us, by using money that should have gone to other clubs and was withheld. How is that punishment for such obvious cheating? We would have made the playoffs with that signing for sure.
  14. Most likely also sell out 7,000 to Cov too.
