PR machine in full flow , JW and SJ on talksport talking to Kiddersteet noise. Proper hatchet job including them receiving a text on air stating how good Gestede is. Very similar to the Jerome Anderson SSN appearance. Feit Rob stayed calm, but they certainly went for jugglar -

Will take on board At the moment it's about getting a voice of 5 to become a voice of 100, to become 1000, to become 10000 and so on. Each person unique and one person's gripe is not always another's and vice versa. Trying to get 100% acceptance is impossible. As a cross section of people, it's got one spectrum to the next, from all out gorilla warfare to protecting those against action. Being democratic is very hard to strike middle ground. We've a phased plan. Mission 1 complete, 1. shadow man doing radio interviews tomorrow. Last week that looked impossible. 2. Club have had to respond hastily to supporter statement, a first under venkys. 3. National media spotlight back on them. 4. Extremely minimal opposition in supporter base. We are now in phase 2 -

Just to reiterate this, Defamation laws are not to be messed with. I'm already getting daily alleged ITK messages and it can distract from the goals. Also remember social media is scanned by many and I don't condone or support threats of violence or activity which could be deemed criminal. We are questioning quite correctly, experience, competency and ability to perform the functions that certain people are paid to do within the club We are questioning the perceived mismanagement and lack of transparency, where supporters appear to be low on the agenda. We are questioning absent owners and their appetite to take the club forwards. Legals are already being suggested from those within , so just be careful -

Some news during the night, being alleged Michael Cairney's role will be DOF, hence it's not been stated. Rudy Gestede will replace CEO Waggott at the end of the season. Ham has been banned from training ground. Source of information is usually 100% -

Forgot to mention, the beauty of being a cross section, in particular around groups, is each groups function to their members don't cease. Which allows multiple actions which sit correctly with its members. Friday will see action 10000% , whilst a campaign has been signed off also which is in final draft after work over the weekend. I personally like the end result, and bar some tweaks will be launched at a set time. Again this time has been carefully co-ordinated for a number of reasons which I will update after the event. Some hard graft going in behind the scenes , with different people tasked with different things. Hopefully people remain open minded, as we are attacking this in a more modern theatre, for maximum impact and message. No doubt the moles are reading, second guessing, whilst reporting back to those we wish to oust. As this phase reaches its conclusion my attention is already on with phase 3, and 4. We are still looking for people willing to do media, podcasts and other forms of interview. So please reach out if you are happy to do some of this #expressyourself -

Lots being discussed and social media being scanned by everyone for consensus, ideas. Its not an easy thing to unpick all bones especially with lots of groups and individuals. Each opinion matters, but it does take more time than when it's only one group. It's good to have this coalition of opinions because we've also got a great blend of skills sets too. -

Talking to the club has become a pointless exercise, it's also been used as a yardstick to claim supporter engagement The fans forum ain't spoken to them for near on 5 months. This is unacceptable, whilst the trust represents only it's membership base which is less than 1% of the supporter base There has been no meaningful communication from either the club or anyone meeting the club neariy all season. We are at the point of no return, the club has clearly taken the wrong advice, and no amount of grovelling is going to change the landscape. Their approval rating is probably at the lowest of any administration the club has had, certainly in my life time of over 45 years. We saw this week a shift, not since Shagnew have the fans took a stand. These cretins are pussy cats in comparison. I genuinely think they thought approval to action would gather no traction, They should of read the history books, as previous action as ended with the executives departure, and this will end the same way.

Understandably there is a lot of emotion around on social media tonight. The working group is quite large now and as you'd imagine lots of emotion in there too. I find I usually need 24 hours of reflection. As a supporter base we created credits this week in the media. It's critical we remain in credit and phase 2, is precise , well thought out and does not alienate either the media or supporter base. There is a number of ideas being discussed, however at the same time, emotions can cloud your thought process after a loss. What we do next will make or break us in terms of credibility. If we turn the media off; we are on our own, and those we wish to remove wins . Equally if we divide the supporter base, we become part of the problem and not the solution. Lets see what we can achieve over the next day or two in terms of a collective move forwards on the chess board. -

Its a coalition of fans including you, collectively we need to work together to find the right solution

Working in Unity is crucial. The trust no longer represent my views, which is tough to say as someone who helped Wayne get it off the ground, as one of the first members and a former secretary. So the likelihood of people joining under this one banner is extremely unlikely. I'd hoped they would of joined the supporters cause as others had prior to yesterdays release. Since the release more groups have joined the coalition including Proud Rovers and we won't be far off a full suite as support grows. The bargaining chips with the club become less when you flat refuse to work with other supporters and groups, without even knowing or taking the opportunity to influence the direction. Right now if the club stated it was raining tomorrow I'd be wearing my sunglasses. The continued lip service to keep them in the board room longer is tiresome. The club requires a strong senior leadership team, and cannot prosper under either these owners or it's current exec team.

Welcome aboard, been great getting to know you this evening.

The timing to release at 9am today was for these reasons. 1. We have to legally notify the club if a press release is imminent if we name individuals. 2. With international break just ended, we knew it be slow news day bar press conferences today, so for this to go National (we are championship so less air time) it was perfect slot 3. We knew club had a big PR campaign on route about backing the team, whilst Gestede has interviews lined up Tuesday. We also knew the manager had his presser today and it would scew the script they intended to brief him on. 4. We knew by giving them the heads up yesteday they'd be fumbling a reaction to a potential protest. They'd called a senior leadership meeting to head this off, unbeknown to them our unity message both screwed their PR campaign and every response they thought they had covered. 5. We expected them to refuse the request to not attend, whereas in essence they now become the protest organisers. 6. We expected this stance giving us a whole week to plan for next Fridays game, a phase 2. 7. The story which has run today has played out 100% as we expected, which now makes us stronger because we have their measure. We had to take a risk, i think even our own supporters were expecting a protest to be called and a rant at venkys. We measured the risk of by pushing for pre 10am traction. We'd already primed the media and done some market intelligence to see how it would land with the media. Experience has certainly paid off here, understanding what we did previously, what worked , what didn't, but also being cute. It was always going to end supporters 1 v 0 board, today. However their statement has probably just made it 2-0, as they are clearly on the ropes, before we've even turned up the heat. This is our first coalition action but we are already moving with the next. This one's history.
