Saw the game Brazil vs Bulgaria at Goodison Park 1966. Brazil won 2-0 with goals from Pele and Garrincha. Just to be there and be able to say that I've seen Pele play in the world cup is brilliant. That world cup saw Pele and the Brazilians pretty much literally "kicked out" of the comp. Referreeing standards were poor then. Oh, and Bulgaria had a superb centre forward called Albert, I think.

We're not exactly overawed by the amount of HD content, that's certain. There is the world cup coming up though, all in HD. On top of that, all the Cricket, Rugby, Wimbledon, Prem footy and Prem plus games are in HD. Along with Discovery, Nat Geo [both amazing]. Two movie HD channels. Plus a lot of American material has been done in HD [sky one]. More and more content will be shot in HD I hope.

Display it on a quality HD ready TV and the picture is astonishing. Display it on a cheaper tv that's badly set up and you wont see much difference. It's the way all broadcaster will go eventually.

This is my set Kamy. Toshiba in general are very good. Look around though and buy from the internet, you'll save hundreds of pounds. HD forums. A minefield of info on HD. LCD Tv threads take a look around here.

Got HD installed today. Tips: Get as good a model TV as you can afford and get as big a screen as you can afford. The bigger the screen the better the HD quality will be. I suggest 32" minimum. Stay away from cheap LCD Tv's.

How's the speed of all your connections - quick enough, or a bit slow? BT is good, but I want to save the extra £10/month cost of high def TV.

It will be impossible to compare last seasons sales at this stage wont it? Rovers haven't done this before.

We are currently on BT Unlimited Broadband at £29.99 a month. Is there anything as good, but cheaper? How would I find out how much I was currently downloading a month? Any recommendations?
