  1. I can see the case for Graham, but his legs do look to be gone. Gallagher would put himself about up there, although granted I know who I would prefer to see a chance fall to in the box. It could be Bennett alright, I mean our 3 other potential starers there are injured. We really are running out of options. Ya, it will be alright . Fulham are a decent side. A huge collection of talent for this level.
  2. Huge month coming up. We are a bit up against it with injuries in attacking areas, hopefully we see Holtby and Rothwell sooner rather than later. I reckon we will do well to see Holtby for this game though. I do feel if we can keep the defence together, we have a chance of grinding things out. Have a feeling this will be another draw (queue irrational meltdowns!) , will go 1-1 A win though and we are 5 points off Fulham. I think most would be consider them to be having a good season and up there as one of the favourites for promotion. Walton Nyambe Lenihan Tosin Bell Travis Johnson JRC Downing Gallagher Armstrong 4-4-2
  3. Ups and downs , but ultimately in a good position.
  4. Will there be any positivity at this, allowing for the fact that (contrary to what you might think from looking on here) we are actually having a pretty decent season? A couple of young lads made the breakthrough. European scout in place(albeit after a bit of a long wait) etc
  5. I agree, but to be fair, in that 15 million you do include Armstrong, who has been an excellent signing. BB and Gallagher should have been good enough to come in, play in their positions and improve the starting 11. The thing with little to no budget is that it's difficult to sign players who will be guaranteed improve the starting 11
  6. No,he didn't. He said we sign players for competition and to help the current squad out. Meaning they won't automatically take someone's place, but that they have a chance of doing so if things go well. I think that is fair enough.
  7. Closer to 1st than the relegation places Would ye believe
  8. I really couldn't be bothered. Take a look yourself. Look at Raya? They won 5-1 today so I doubt anyone cares what he did.
  9. Imagine the negativity? Must be that ya. A real positive place to be sure. Ha ha Closer to 1st than the relegation places
  10. Oh would you stop, more than 1 said it and you know yourself he gets unfair criticism.
  11. A draw away to one of the form teams? I think we all want that to be fair
  12. Indeed, but far, far more when he makes a mistake! Or is percieved to as the equaliser was on the defenders.
  13. Great point. Now hopefully Holtby isn't too bad. I still think we need to look at some out of contract players
  14. Fabulous save from Walton from Gestede I notice it's a lot quieter here when he does something good!
  15. In spite of pages and pages of negativity and moaning here, we are somehow in the lead!!!
  16. People were saying he would start ahead of JRC today
  17. People said he would start today instead of JRC, so that's not necessarily true.
  18. Holtby injured, who could have seen that coming.... ?
  19. God, ya. Very bad. He does seem keen. I suppose the thing is ,no matter what position we are in, it will be brilliant to have him back
  20. I am oblivious to IBM adverts.
  21. I think there were a few nudges on Twitter today. Definite change of tone.
  22. Dack said in the interview on YouTube 8-9 months. If all goes well ,players can come back at that time. Henry Shefflin a Kilkenny hurler did his and played in an All-Ireland final 7 months later. Came on for 10 minutes. Back to his best though,ya, well that's a different story. He sounds very positive and motivated in the interview.
  23. Something more going on here. If he made the decision not to sign more, fair enough, but I don't know
  24. Rich must be on the board. Hi Rich. The only club in the league not to make a signing. Is that right?
