True, an absolute collapse from here to the end of the season would set a very bad tone for next season. It would probably even impact on the quality of player we could attract. We need to be aiming for the top 10. Some quality signings during the summer and have a right go next season. It will be a big one for Mowbray. Consolidating this year was acceptable. More ambition required and expected next year. Mowbray himself has said many times that the aim is premier league football. So any talk of him wanting to plod along in mid table or a lack of ambition on his behalf is unfounded nonsense really. Now we just need to see if he can back his words up.

You are responding to something nobody said.

Played a big part in what success at Derby?
-
No real pressure from the fans? How in God's name do you work that one out? With every passing game he fails to score in, he is under more pressure!
-
So it's a Mowbray conspiracy in your opinion. Don't get relegated and don't get promoted. The man is an evil genius and none of us can see it only you. Is Brereton in on it? What about the tea lady? She would be worth having onside to give the players performace diminishing drugs just in case we looked like going up.

You would wonder why he is only managing QPR so
-
I am sure if they were as directly responsible for a goal, they would be
-
On Nyambe, everyone makes mistakes, but his defending for Bristols goal last weekend was simply atrocious. You wouldn't see it in Sunday league.
-
I wasn't criticising Brereton, I was criticizing the decision not to play him centrally and Armstrong on the wing.
-
Graham has been class. Bristol City have extended highlights of our game against them on youtube. Anyone who thinks Graham isn't our best player should take a look. Take their goal out of it and you could show it to youngsters as a lesson on how to play the target man role. Winning headers, deftly. Using his strength to get in front of bigger defenders. Those who slate Graham are clueless about football in my opinion. If was quick he would be playing in the premiership.

It was ludicrous from Mowbray to play him on the wing last night and Armstrong centrally. Armstrong just got player of the month in the championship playing on the wing. So why not bloody leave him there and put Brereton upfront? It's bad for Brereton, arguably bad for Armstrong and so frustrating for the fans.

The two displays against Reading this season will go down as the most frustrating double header in manies a season.
-
I also wonder is it worth noting that we have disimpiroved definsivley since Mulgrew got back.
-
Disappointing. Poor January window killed momentum Of all games why not start Brereton upfront last night and leave Armstrong on the wing, where he is now playing well. Baffling. More late goals conceded. Why can't Rothwell get a start? He has shown more than Brereton, so if going with Brereton on the wing, why not put Rothwell there? Is there a worst manager of the month award? Awful few weeks

A miracle if we don't suffer a heavy defeat against the team third bottom of the league? Good god, calm down man

I would like something by Kappa. They usually keep it simple and traditional, with their logo.

How many goals will Brereton score this season?

Lambert is a spoofer, but I can understand why the owner wants him to stay and fans are unwavering in their support. The reality is if they sacked him and then got the next appointment wrong, they are in very didgy territory. Lambert has some good stuff on his cv from the past and better the devil you know. -
I have a bad feeling this is where our season totally derails with a defeat

Think it was mentioned earlier, but I thought Raya was very poor for their goal. Any decent keeper would have been going for that. Or one of the centre halves. Or the full back on the front post. Nyambe was poor to get on the wrong side, but the ball shouldn't even have gotten that fair. Pathetic defending all round to be honest. -

Rothwell, Davenport and Chapman are all perfect project signings. Lads who have shown ability in patches and who were available on reasonable deals. 7 million is a lot to spend on a striker who doesn't play. No doubt at this point that money could have helped us in the short term if spent elsewhere last summer or in January. We had a chance to break into the play offs, Brereton has contributed next to nothing towards that cause. Very odd and looking more odd as time goes on. Not his fault. -

Chaddy, of the players you named Reed is on loan , Rodwell out of contract in the summer and he doesn't trust Rothwell or Brereton enough to not alone start them, but even bring them off the bench. Simply, we need to have a better transfer window next summer. -

I suppose when you have a midfielder right back, two midfielders centre half and a centre half left back, you really shouldn't expect to defend very well. We did well considering -

You would wonder wouldn't ya? Mowbray over in Switzerland and the players in the indoor training centre taking shots to share on instagram. I have no issue with Mowbray going away, but I really think there is a holiday camp with mates vibe at times it just annoys me when we lose. Dack and Chapman and their twitter banter about who will do the most nutmegs. Like feck off lads and actually focus on winning games.
