  1. No team appears to be rolling over. Even those with nothing to play for but points. I'm starting to believe again. Dangerous I'm starting to notice a trend that home teams are the ones losing the crucial games. Pressure I wonder?
  2. Burton probably have the worst run in from here. It's amazing how it's twisting and turning from game to game and how teams are handling, or in some cases not, the pressure.
  3. I can't see Birmingham winning another game, they are terrible and coming under more and more pressure. I believe we can scrape ahead of them.
  4. Who will take our penalties if Conway and Graham aren't on the field I wonder? I just noticed our game is at 3. I thought it was at 8, as I am working today!
  5. You would just wonder though, if we were handed gifts on a plate, would we take them?
  6. That's looks interesting. He did not look like a footballer! Imagine him playing nowadays
  7. I played heavy rain. Loved it. Especially the twists in the storyline. Really well done. Also I thought the detective looked like big Sam I must give beyond two souls a go. Actually, have you played Fahrenheit?, The predecessor to both those games and arguably better than heavy rain imo.
  8. I will probably go back to it at some stage. It just seemed very similar to 3. The graphics, characters, right down to the music. Plus I have no brilliant guns at the moment to explode some mutant heads. Have you played 3?
  9. How do you know he is on €8000 per week? Ya, that may be the case. Terrible signing from an on the field standpoint. Him and Greer to replace Duffy and Hanley. We then end up with 2 midfielders playing center half in Lenihan and Mulgrew. Incredible stuff when you think about it.
  10. Going off the stories coming out about Crewe over the past few months, I would not want any links to them to be honest. The only stories coming out of there are about cover ups.
  11. In Browns defense we signed him as a player coach. He would be nowhere near starting if it wasn't for the injuries to Mulgrew, Lenihan and Greer. In fact I am not sure why Mowbray didn't start Ward ahead of him against Barnsley.
  12. Who could we go for this summer? We are going to need some grizzly veterans as the big fish in League 1
  13. Remember the guy Man city had in League 1, Andy Morrison?
  14. Not exactly a new game, but I am currently playing through Until Dawn. Really enjoying it. Only got my PS4 a few months back. Got the Witcher 3, MGS 5, Fifa 17 and Fallout 4 with the console. Out of those games I have definitely played Fifa the most, damn you ultimate team. Of the others I have to say I enjoyed The Witcher the most. I found MGS 5 just overly complicated ,with too much going on. What is it with all games just getting too complicated with stats , menus and different routes? I loved fallout 3, but I think since then it's pretty much been more of the same with those games. I may go back to it. I downloaded a nice little game last week called Mother Russia bleeds. It is like Streets of rage for adults. Really enjoying it so far. Anyone got any recommendations?
  15. So basically we should just substitute our current first team squad and management for our under 23 set up. Amazing that that is actually a viable option at this stage. Imagine suggesting the same under Sparky?
  16. I always said, if they are good enough, play them. I'm just not sure they are good enough if Mahoney is the best of them. I like Tomlinson from what I have seen, but he has already been blooded, so I would have no concerns putting him in. I would bring Ward and Stokes back in, so we don't have to just throw youngsters in for the sake of it. Don't forget that young footballers are pampered little brats these days by and large. I wouldn't be confident a team of them would be the answer at this stage.
  17. I think the fact that the players have seemed incapable of following his instructions in the past 5 games has led him to lose faith in process and to focus more on hope. Unfortunately.
  18. It is more to do with the fact that some of them don't have the hunger or interest in doing it for this club. Their minds are elsewhere. As such when the time comes to win a 50/50 or make a burst to get back and defend, they choose the easy option. Then you have the players who just aren't good enough. There are also few that do genuinely care, but they look around then and see the loans, the out of contractors, who just aren't pulling their weight. It's a recipe for our impending, bar a freak set of results, drop to league 1.
  19. I don't see why not. Graham is injured, so he should be at least on the bench.
  20. Speaking of players, what has happened to Gallagher? Id say he just wants to get back to Southampton asap.
  21. It was the manner of defeat, coupled with good performances from our rivals and next 2 opponents. I can't see us beating them.
