  1. Has to be the Barnsley manager if they don't go up. Ainsworth, meh. He might do well, but I think people are basing a lot off his connections to the club. Without that, he wouldn't be mentioned. He's basically in the same category as the Rotherham manager if you take the local lad stuff away.
  2. I don't think he's as nice and transparent as he would want you to believe A good manager would use the last 3 games to bring players from our flourishing academy through..Mowbray will play Bennett, Evans and others who are either on loan here or out of contract. He's a bit thick.
  3. He has had advantages of time and money that other managers simply didn't. He has no excuses.
  4. That's his way. He's an excuse based manager
  5. Doesn't matter , Derby aren't winning all 3 They probably won't beat Birmingham at home, let alone Swansea away. Luckily they are garbage
  6. We could very well finish 4th from bottom Mowbray out out out
  7. He's not doing a very good job keeping players happy judging by their general demeneur
  8. The chances of them winning all those games are slim to say the least, particularly Derby. If they drop points in 1 game we are safe. We are 500/1 to go down
  9. I notice he doesn't accept any responsibility
  10. Paid for a day pass for Now TV Sky sports on PS4, then found out you can only view red button on month pass. You can't actually even buy a months pass if you have a day pass bought already 🤣 Not paying for Ifollow too What are the commentators on Ifollow saying? Have they turned? Are they saying Mowbray out?
  11. I'm struggling to find reasons to watch. Mowbrays recent comments about him being here next season are a slap in the face. It's a grotesque idea. Meh 3-2 to either team,or maybe 2-2. Honestly, who cares? Half this team are leaving anyway
  12. Annoying man. Some of the comments here are a new low, even for him. Never going up under this eejit. He is getting his excuses ready for next season already. He's a loser. Out out out https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19244103.tony-mowbray-rovers-face-challenge-even-venkys-spending/
  13. Because their fans won't want to join it like the fans of the club's who are confirmed?
  14. Look the slow build was meant to reach fruition this season. It clearly hasn't. I have no doubt he is using Covid as an excuse with Venkys and it comes down to whether they buy that or not. They probably will and give him next season to see out his contract. It will be a relegation battle I imagine.
  15. Because he has fantastic hair
  16. The only thing that stats and expected goals show is that Muddled Mowbray, excluding other issues, signed the wrong players to play a possesion based games. Clearly a simple counter attacking game would suit us better.
  17. Think personal responsibility has to come into it at some point in relation to a lot of them. Your description of Rothwell being "a shadow of himself 95% of the time" is a bit odd. When was he ever consistent? If anything Mowbray has given him an opportunity at this level that other managers might not have Travis has had injury issues, but it seems there was some falling out. Before that though he was playing well under Mowbray. Bell was and is shite. No manager is changing that. On Mowbray for signing him. Johnson has nothing left in the tank. Gallagher, ya, Mowbray has ruined him, that's fair enough. Eliott has had a great season on a personal level Dolan has had opportunities and failed to take them too often. Lacks end product. Again though, Mowbray has given him game time Kaminski had been solid enough this season, Lenihan too. Even allowing for the fact there has been a lot of chopping and changing in defence. Mowbray has ingrained a culture where winning isn't everything , but the players need to take some responsibility too. I wouldn't care about most of them leaving.
  18. And has made a name for himself enough now that he can get a better move
  19. England youth teams be the ideal job for Mowbray
  20. Do you know anything about him? I have no idea how he even got that job
  21. Ah so it's not about the results Tony
  22. I think he's gone, but in classic Venkys fashion it will take too long for them to organise everything and we will be behind rivals straight off the bat. That's our only issue if we get a decent manager in. If we get a bad one.....
  23. Why would he come back here? Agree that he is class
  24. The manager has clearly lost them, but this just shows they are a pathetic bunch of unprofessional losers
  25. Not watching, what's up with Lenihan? Sad state of affairs defensively
