  1. I'd give Warnock a shot, it's long overdue. I'd love to see someone firing up the players.
  2. Fucking pathetic. They haven't earnt a break, they've rarely got out of first gear this season. Holiday camp atmosphere at Rovers helps to support this weak mentality that too many have.
  3. Maybe it's his amazing dancing bear that's bothered?
  4. His mum pushed for him to move on for the reason you mention. I would have done the same for my son too.
  5. We are exactly in the position of the Kidd era. Nice guy manager, crap defending, doesn't know how to solve obvious problems or utilise the young players. Mowbray has to go. No doubt about it in my mind and these underperforming, weak-minded players need a leader, not an uncle.
  6. No, Tosin missed the ball and was stood there with his leg out. Really dopey and a daft foul anywhere on the pitch.
  7. Like all of the others, I thought it was a stupid error and a definite penalty.
  8. No, Mowbray needs to leave. One win in 7 or 8 (whatever it is) isn't good enough at any level of the game. This is the norm for us.
  9. Our passing has been shite. We give the ball away far too cheaply.
  10. Do you sit behind a pillar? Only pulling your leg ? In all seriousness, what are these issues with his attitude? The only time I hear this, is when people defend Mowbray for not having the bollocks to pick an attack-minded team or go for it late on. I personally feel that he is on the edge of losing his job and it will force his hand to do the obvious and try to win games - that might give Chapman a chance. I'll be honest, if I was a lightening quick winger who scores, sets up and has proven my fitness in the U23's but has to frequently watch a load of out-of-position below par players be given chance after chance in a team that struggles to win or create chances, my attitude would be far worse than Chapman's.
  11. Let's actually see Chapman in the team first before writing him off. I can often spot a player and that lad is bloody decent and way overdue his chance. It genuinely pisses me off how he hasn't had a fair crack of the whip. He'll be fast-tracking his way to wanting out and demoralisation being the mug who is in the squad but never on the bench. He offers something that absolutely none of the others can and would compliment an out and out striker. On the flipside, the wasted and prolonged opportunities offered to the likes of Bell and an out of position Bennett, who will never, ever make it at this level or above, rile me even more.
  12. Saddest stat is that Kean is the only manager to have us in the automatic promotion spots and he had us in the top 6 longer than all of the following managers put together. That's how shit we've been.
  13. I might well be wrong but I think it was via some investment scheme nonsense, a no funds in place to back it up kind of dream.
  14. He nearly gave one away in the 1st half too. Get turned and on the wrong side of his man way too often.
  15. It really was. They cannot string two halves together and can't defend. It is embarassing.
  16. There are two on the Telegraph site called Beetlejuce and Tinnery who think the sun shines out of Mowbray's arse and claw at anything to support him - but to be fair they sound like they are just the resident dickheads. Otherwise, the general consensus is for him to go. When I've been on there in the past, the majority was pro-Mowbray.
  17. The first half will be the stuff of legend for 6months of his interviews.
  18. Sitting back and inviting them on. Mowbray is a Muppet. That high pressing game had Preston panicking like mad. Now...well...we know the script.
  19. If we were to have been playing like this and lost/drawn, I don't think many would mind. The ambling about without effort has been my major gripe. Also, is it a surprise that we are performing with a right back, a left back, midfielders and a striker all in their proper positions?
