When you strip this down to the bare bones, Wharton was sold, when he was, to ensure the bills could be paid. Even Mashed Potato is in agreement that it was a distressed sale. Should Venky’s have wanted, perhaps they could have sent the required funds to pay the bills and stumped up the required bond, in order to do so. That in turn, would have meant, we retained the wonderful talent that Adam is and then allow the summer bidding war to commence and probably a higher fee. Presumably we will find ourselves in the same position at some point in the future, so what then? -

Controversial I know, but what are your thoughts on why version 1 was written this way and who is responsible for omitting, the contentious points? -

Agents and vagabonds from yesteryear, still on the payroll. -

I don’t think we know who agreed them or wrote them yet, although a couple of people have had a go, for me making a similar post to this. -

I pledge £100 too so let it be known if this is the path we are going down, as we need to get the gloves off once and for all. -

Below is a podcast of one of the Bi- Annual meetings from a few years ago. It is a very interesting listen now, especially the bit on Pasha, given recent events https://audioboom.com/posts/5771991-listen-again-blackburn-rovers-supporters-consultation-meeting?t=0 -

It's a shame Pasha was not asked that at the FF meeting, he would have really gone into meltdown. They do go back some time together, by the looks of things -

I would love someone to make contact with him now and get some further feedback on him. He obviously so straight through Pasha and is probably pissing himself at all this. -

The only green agenda that lot have, is they think the fanbase, is as green as grass. -

Of course, we hadn't thought of that. How wrong we all are. -
If the rumours of it being a woman are true, I wonder if it will be a certain Mrs A Desai? She could be interviewing herself, right now.

Without a doubt, although I do have my suspicions that there is a nice cut for some agents, still lurking around, who get more than the norm, shall we say. -

Like you Tony, I have followed the club for over 50 years and have never felt like this at the start of the season. With living abroad, i have subscribed to Rovers TV to watch all the games, available on there and will get to the odd game, when I get back. I used to be fanatical, but have had this knocked out of me now and I am half questioning myself abut why I am still following it. It is that feeling of helplessness, more than anything, that hurts, as I have tried to do my but, as have you and plenty of others, but it does feel like a losing battle just now. Hopefully that will wear off and we can enjoy the season. -

It’s clear for all to see, there is no point at all in Blackburn Rovers just now. The only way forward now is to somehow get rid. -

The usual response to that, is we don’t get all the money at once, conveniently forgetting it works both ways. -

Absolutely. If they can do this as blatantly as they have, what are they getting up to with no witnesses to back up the truth. Oh we had a junior member of staff press save instead of send. Yeah of course you did. -

It is pretty clear from all of this, that it i a case of keeping the truth of the size unrest, away from the owners, for as long as possible, thus protecting certain individual in situ at Ewood Park. I wasn't in attendance, however, unless I am very much mistaken, the reason for the confrontation was due to Pasha taking issue with Glen, having communication with the owners. That tells me, that Pasha is frightened of the owners, knowing what is really happening, thus protecting his position. Hopefully the statement being released today, gets to them too and we see the start of his demise, as it will be a significant removal, in my opinion, if that does happen. -

It is ironic you should say that, as I had a 1-1 meeting with Waggott at the back end of 2023. His main concern in that meeting, seemed to be, if I was recording him or not. -

That's good to hear. Hopefully a clear and concise statement will follow, and it would be a real shame, if they did get away with this, as it is exposing the shambolic way in which the club is being run. -

The first time then and they are surrounded in controversy. Is it a coincidence in your opinion that Waggott has now gone and we have had others speaking more than they normally would, who have perhaps not handled the criticism, very well? -

Can I just ask, as I may owe O2G an apology here, which I will make, if necessary. The first version contained lies and inaccuracies. Was this done in error, or was it done so that the status quo remained? I was under the impression that the inaccurate version of the minutes, was one man’s version and if he lied in them, then that is not acceptable. Fans on here and I’m sure in general, have been hoping to get some feedback and were hoping that the fans forum, was the voice needed to ensure that the club is being run in a professional and safe way. -

I think there is a very simple solution here, but perhaps, I am missing something. Release both sets of minutes and put a caveat in, to state who does and who does not agree with each version. Given that the club have struck a line through certain parts that they don’t agree with, or don’t want releasing, highlight those bits as being rejected, by the club and ask them to comment on why they want it removing. If they won’t give a reason, simply say, the club refused to comment on why they rejected XXX but the fans attending, consider these minutes to be fair and accurate. Rather than asking anyone to resign, go down the route of a no confidence vote again and get it out in the press. It’s pretty clear now, that these meetings have been a pointless exercise, so again, either a coalition statement, or a FF statement, ensuring that it’s made perfectly clear, who is making the vote of no confidence and who isn’t. -
