I said at half time, it was a huge half coming up, both in terms of the season and the future of the club. If he keeps us up, I will go into the summer as a very relieved fan and so far as I am concerned, the slate is then clean for next season, with the manager. I guess you are of the opinion of the jury is out at the minute, as I fail to see how anyone can be happy with him at the minute. I am very unhappy with the appointment and as already stated, I will nail my colours to the mast and state that he will take us down and the blame falls with who appointed him as well as the guy himself. I was told by a client of mine, who is a journalist for one of the red tops, that he is very uncomfortable doing press interviews, so what you say there, does appear to be spot on.

First of all Waggott seemingly having him lined up and ready to parachute in, once JDT was gone. The appointment was very quick, so had to be lined up in my opinion. Also with Waggott seemingly stopping JDT pointing out the incompetence and lies being told (in particular the Maguire transfer and his pre match gagging order) he obviously wanted someone who would paint nothing but positives in his media interviews. These are the exact circumstances I am talking about and I therefore want to see some evidence of the positives, rather than bluster and waffle, before I can bring myself to listen. I am sure some people are happy to gobble up the tripe, but I can't bring myself to listen, as I am now convinced his appointment was the last piece in the relegation puzzle. I agree, don't watch. I haven't watched a single interview yet. I can't bring myself to watch one, given the circumstances behind his appointment. I know it won't matter to him, but I don't feel like I can get behind him at the minute. If he gets a couple of wins on the board and goes on to keep us up, I am sure I will feel differently, but at the minute, think his appointment was the final nail in the relegation coffin.
