I’m not being cynical, or maybe I am but for me personally the idea of pretending to be “in the know” is a bit strange. But I guess we all have to feed our ego one way or the other

To be fair over the last few years on here it’s only @unleaded who I’ve seen deliver any sort of transfer info that’s turned out to be true. Think a couple of people on here give their opinion and cast it off as though it’s “info” bit sad really. Who was the guy who was adamant we were in for Assombalonga and that we’d sign him? ?... I appreciate people posting what they claim to know, but I think a lot of them know as much as the rest of us, which is nothing. Anyway, not sounding good regarding any incomings, shame really, we’re on the verge of the top six and a couple of extra bodies in would have done us the world of good. Come on chaddy Gallagher has never been prolific, 11 league goals in his first season here which was a decent enough return but only 6 at Birmingham last season. And Brereton carry on his performances from his time at forest? You’re making out like he set the world on fire. He was a promising youngster who had a stormer against Arsenal in an FA cup game and managed a few goals in the league... If we had an uninjured Dack and Cunningham and If we’d have spent the Brereton and Gallagher money on a striker to play in front of Dack who was actually a natural goalscorer then I wouldn’t see us far off the top six. As things stand though this season you can forget it, I’m surprised even you think we’ve still got a chance at the top six this season, I really can’t see it.
