  1. No no no no no no. We aren’t paying 5 million for him too play on the f**king wing mate. He’s got too take Graham’s place in the side, if he comes in and hits the ground running then that will happen but I’m not having him shoe horned in on the wing when he’s a striker.
  2. I remember him ? absolutely embarrassing whoever he and his real name are.
  3. I mean the only way it will be believable is if it’s someone who used too play for us, used too play for Middlesbrough or is simply born in the North East of England. The money we spent investing in this European scouting system is reaping the rewards!
  4. I’ve been at work all day, came on here too see the topic was “Hot” and I thought at this time of night that must mean something.. Incase I’ve missed something then it looks like the same as it has since last season ended. I’m losing patience ?
  5. As someone else has said, if it was Gallagher for 5 or Roofe it would be Roofe all day long.
  6. Reckon I could take Smallwood as my co driver and ditch him when he goes for a piss at the services?
  7. I’d drive him there if we were getting a million for him.
  8. The only thing you overstep the mark on is your gambling Merce Keep being yourself, always makes for an interesting read that’s for sure.
  9. Not bad either, there are better options out there than Darlow that I think we could make a move for. Hopefully Mowbray makes the right call ?
  10. Looking at Newcastle/Forest fans opinions on Darlow. A lot saying he’s a great shot stopper but is error prone and isn’t confident on crosses etc. We are basically selling Raya too buy another Raya who’s older and has less potential. Great ???
  11. Lovely place absolutely, full of stuck up you know whats though. Me and my mates go over now and then for an afternoon all dayer, some decent pubs and bars as I’m sure you’ll know.
  12. Not a chance in hell, he impressed at Villa who went up and want too sign him. He’ll go for big money to either a lower end prem team or too a top end championship club. Be realistic lads come on, i’d be more than happy with Jake Cooper from Milwall.
  13. Going forward Bell is okay, but defensively he is more often than not absolutely all over the place. We still need too bring a left back in as competition for me as he’s the only player we have who can play there (Williams should only be used as backup centre half not left back).. Still a lot too be done before the end of the window.
  14. 3 million for Raya is peanuts. Shades of when we sold Cairney. Hopefully he fulfills his potential and we get a piece of the transfer fee when he leaves Brentford. I believe he’ll be a top keeper one day but he’s not there just yet. No idea who we are going too bring in as a replacement? Anyone any suggestions? John Ruddy would be my choice if we were going too go down the experienced route, second choice at wolves and at 32 years old he’s got a few years left and he may want too spend them playing first team football, if a deal could be done he’d be my choice, having Bennett and Johnson here (old team mates from Norwich) might help also.
  15. Johnson is a work horse like Smallwood and Evans but the big difference is, he’s good technically and actually scores goals. We haven’t had a goal scoring centre mid since Cairney and he is the only one we’ve had for years and years. Johnson on a 2 year deal is a no brainer if it can be done. EDIT: Just seen he scored no goals last season but yeah, still a no brainer! ?
  16. Johnson and Travis would be a good pairing. Doesn’t change the fact we should be bringing two defenders in before anything else and with Derby just losing there manager I can’t see any deal for Johnson happening anytime soon. We’ll see.
  17. Undisputed transfer king on here was Unleaded. ?
  18. You honestly think our owners would give the okay on spending 25 million on new players? ?
  19. Assombalonga is a none starter. There’s not a chance we are signing him. More than happy too be proven wrong but no, not a chance.
  20. Neophox used too have something of a decent track record but that’s gone too shit recently. Prove me wrong Neo!
  21. Moritz Bauer, Geoff Cameron, Mame Diouf, Giannelli Imbula, Julien Ngoy, Erik Pieters, Josh Tymon and Kevin Wimmer all not travelling on Stoke’s pre season’s preparations.... Out of those I think Pieters could be a good signing at left back, experienced enough at 30 years old. Be an upgrade on Bell, spent the last half of this season on loan at Amiens. Diouf Wimmer and Imbula probably be on a bit much wage wise, don’t know much about the rest other than Cameron who’s an experienced defender but at 33 it’s a no from me.
