  1. I hate SAF, he just cannot take losing. How can he say Rio didn't deserve to be sent off, has he seen the gash in Savage's leg. I thought we played some excellent football last night and i thought that we throughly deserved the victory.
  2. I couldn't care less what the shirt looks like as long as it allows me to put money into the club. So whichever shirt/s are voted for as th emost popualr, i will there on the release date to pick mine up, hopefully with Bellamy on the back, should he still be playing for us.
  3. It would be good to see this carried on every month. It was a truly enjoyable read and reminded me of some slight things that i had forgotten about the month, plus it made me laugh as well. North East Sit-Com & Souness in the same sentence. Classic.lol
  4. Rovers 0 Manure 4 We have got no chance, even with Bellamy, Manure for some rerason are hitting a bit of form, even with half a side out. As much as i hate Wes Brown & Rio 'Doh my drug test was today, wasn't it' Ferdinand, those two look unbeatable at the moment. Our only chance of a sneaky win is if we get a dubious penalty like we have had given against us in the last two matches.
  5. is anybody watching this on a stream site, if so which one? Why the f*** does Zurab never learn, you cannot put your hand up in the area.
  6. A draw would be a very very very good result for us. Gally is cup-tied, he scored an over-head kick versus Tamworth in the replay, so he couldn't play anyway. My Prediction West Ham United 4 Rovers 0
  7. That has to be the two most throughly researched and non-biased posts i have ever had the honour of reading on ehre. They were both really enjoyable reads. Philipl=legend. The one bit that struck me most was the fact that we are losing so much money for our attendences decreasing. I had an idea that it would cost us, but never as much as £5million per annum. The club and the BRISA need to come up with some plans to combat this. We cannot rely on our cup runs to save our accounts, were out of the League Cup, probably about to exit the F.A. Cup today, so where are we going to get the funds to balance out this 5million+ loss on our attendences?
  8. Well it would be a fair representation of fans, if most of us texted in and stopped complaining about it. We all have a moan when we end up with a kit that we are not a fan of, like when the skin tight Kappa ones came out, personally i had no problem with them but a lot of people on here moaned about them. I am happy that the club are giving us a say, not a big say but its still a say in it. I think that it is a bit of generalisation that you state that pre pubescants only vote for this things because that is simply not true. If we were talking about voting for something like the X Factor or Big Brother i would agree with you, but its voting for a shirt/s. If the money from these votes or a proportion of the money from the votes goes towards the club, i am more than happy to vote. I hate it when people maon that they have no say in a matter e.g. the shirts and then when they do, they complain about it. I grateful that the club are trying to take into account the views of the fans who can be arsed to spend 25/50p on a vote. I know a lot of people will be complaining if they don't like the shirt what these so called 'Pre Pubescants' choose, and as a result they'll say that they will not buy it, then they will have the cheek to complain when we can't afford wages or other stuff for players. I perosnally don't mind putting money into the club, whether that be £70+ for shirts per season or money for ticket. Even if the shirt is crap, who cares, i don't buy them as a fashion statement, i buy them to support my...our club.
  9. Well in Sparky, i hate the way we always get screwed against Manure, Mr Poll should be ashamed of himself, referees are the only people who can uphold the rules of our beautiful game and yet they not all but some, favour the big sides like they are scared of them. I haven't felt this angry about football since Ashley Ward missed that pretty much open goal against Manure the night we got relegated.
  10. I am really gutted about last night, it left me in a foul mood, which still hasn't subsided. I am most upset at the way that referees, favour a big club. I have always wondered what the refs are scared of. Who ever called me paranoid yesterday for saying that the ref would be a biased as the football league would want a big club in the final, well i am not saying i am right, but i did have a point in the end. I am not going to critise the boys, they did well but wihtout a quality striker, we were made to pay. Well done though lads, i thought Emerton & Sergio Peter came on a bit too late, especially Sergio. I got a bad feeling about Sat now, the lads will be tired and down, and without a striker again, we may have no chance.
  11. One word for last night that would sum it up. CHEATED! Kuqi isn't good enough for the Premiership, he is Championship material, with Bellamy, last night we might have had a chance, but they got lucky. Typical Manure.
  12. I am soooooooo nervous about this game, i love it when we get to watch Rovers in big games, but i juts hate the pre-match tension. A win would be great, no, it would excellent. I wouldn't mind another trip to Cardiff.lol. It would be great if Sav got the winner, it would serve them right for saying he wouldn't make it to a high level in the game.
  13. If we get screwed out of this game tonight, i for one will be making a complaint to the referee's board and the football league. We know that thye want at least Manure in the final now for sure, they do not want a Latics Rovers final, it would kill the cup off in their eyes. Hopefully it will not come down to that, with Bellamy, we can beat Manure but we need the whole side to have a excellent game, i'd rather us win this match tonight and play an weakened side v the Hammers, just so we can get to Cardiff, so what i'm saying is that this is the wrong time to be resting Bellamy, eve if he isn't fully fit. You only get one shot at this, and we have to make the most of it. United are there for the taking.
  14. Bellamy missing, f*****g hell. We have no chance. I even have my doubts with him playing, but for god sake, how many times those he get injured. His hamstrings are like loose guitar strings, in other words they are buggered. I cannot see Kuqi with Bently/MGP/Johnson causing Rio and Brown any trouble. Anyone up for bringing Gallagher back from Stoke?
  15. I watched the game online (yes i know its wrong, but i am a skint student at the moment) and i thought we played well, once again i was impressed with the back five, we limited Newcastle to few chances, but the chances they did have could have been costly if they had been on target a la Lee Bowyer second half. Dickov's arm/shoulder looked a mess from as soon as he hit the floor, i can't see us seeing him playing for us again before at least end of March/early April, juts depends i suppose. If its only a dislocation he may be abck sooner or later, but if he's done tendon or ligament damage, as well as the dislocation/break it may be next season before he plays for us again. I'm looking forward to some Chop Souey, any one else looking forward to it? Lmao.
  16. wakefieldrawks, u watchin the game on that website that no ones meant to mention, cough cough. I can't get it working, lol. I think we could get lucky today against the barcodes, we have to stop Shearer but that can be done.
  17. Brucey might have bought himself some extra time with that win last night, i think had they gone out last night, Gold & Sullivan and that bitch Brady might have brought the axe down on his head. It just wouldn't have been right if a "big club" like Birmingham had lost to Torquay would it, lol. Shame the Gulls didn't beat B'ham, i would have loved to have seen Sutton's face.
  18. Just ring up the Game in Hull, they have them n and are sending them out to home addresses in England. I bought mine on New Years Eve from there. They made me buy 3 games minimum with it, which i had no complaints about as the tax man was paying for it, lol. Iv had no problems with it over-heating etc, i'm just annoyed that i can't get my X-Box Live to work. I think i'll have to buy the PS3 when that comes out as well. Any one know when that is coming out?
  19. My sister bought her boyfriend it for Xmas and he loves it, i think she said he was playing it straight for about 6 hours on Xmas day, lol. It must be crap then if he likes it, as he has the IQ of a retard.
  20. It could be worth a tenner on Burton tonight, but i just cannot see it happening. would leave me 500quid better off though should Burton get lucky. It all depends on what sort of team SAF puts out. If he disrespects Burton he could get his fingers burnt but i just canot see Burton winning. I thought Nuneaton Borough had a chance and they got battered.
  21. i think Ronaldo being banned for Manure is a blesing in disguise for them, all he does is a couple of million step-overs, beats his man and then has no final ball. I might put a bet on Manure to win, just so if we were to lose, it would sweeten my long journeyback home, lol. Who am i kidden, i'd never bet against us. We have to have a good chance to beat them as they have some big games before then e.g. Liverpool and Burton Albion.
  22. Big Sam Great Manager, Complete W****r!!!! Would love to see him charge of the National side one day. But his BW tinted specs are becoming annoying now, he believes that whenever anything goes against him club, its because of the referee isn't upto scratch. His side were extremely lucky to finish the match with ten men, it could ahve been 7 or 8 the way his players were taclking.
  23. I think that the move could be too much too soon for the young lad, He's 16 years old and only played a hand-full of professional matches. Yes he does look a good talent but ffs give the lad a chance to develop at a lower level before either Arsenal or Chelsea sign him, bench him for a months on end an leave the young lad languishing in the reverses. I know Arsene wenger has a good track record of signing and maturing yuongsters into great players but at 16 i just feel it could eb detrimental to his development. Now i know people are going to come on here and say, " if he's good enough, he's old enough" which in some aspects i agree with but i just feel he should be at least given the rest of this season to prove himself before some team pays a ridiculous amount for him. But on the flipside, could he not have a better mentor than Thierry Henry!!!
  24. I wouldn't want MGP to be sold. I know he has got his weaknesses, but he also has scored vital goals for us and is on his day, one of the best players we have got. His corners are getting worse, but i think a lot of that has to put down to the fact that nobody is telling him were to place them, when i look at teams like Chelsea, they seem to have numerous corner plays set up that they can call upon for certain situations. What i mean there is that Chelsea play the ball directly to One player, aim for Terry or Carvalho whereas MGP is just aiming for the near post. To solve his corner problem all he really needs is telling by Sparky to try that. I do not want to see MGP leave for a long time......well until we know Sergio is up to the job week in week out anyway
  25. If Matty has any common sense he will have a rubbish game tommorrow, after all we are the fans who stuck behind him during the good times and the bad times. Of all the clubs to join it had to be Notlob didn't it...could have been worse i suppose, it could have been the Dingles. I wish Matty well woth Bolton, but i just hope he doesn't make us pay tommorrow. I am not going to make a prediction for the game as since i stopped making them we seem to be on a good run, lol. But then again i am just supersititous.
