No it's free. The problem with these are that I usually keep an eye on it every week for the first few weeks of the season then forget about it for long stints. Still good time wasting though -
According to a national paper here, Flo is in talks with QPR at the moment but has not yet decided where he wants to play. He is basing his decision on where he wants to live. Apparently his family really enjoyed their time in London and have already moved back there. Flo is still in Siena and although they want him to stay another year, he'll probably leave. There was also some interest from Malaga.

My best on FM with Rovers in my first season is 3rd. For a cheap DC I'd suggest either Naldo or Cesare Bovo. Naldo would be the cheaper one (if no one else has signed him already). -

I don't like the rule that says that injured players who've had the physio on and are back on their feet have to leave the pitch, let the game start again and then have to get the refs permission to come back on. Why do they do this? It doesn't save time? If the player is back on his feet, let them get on with it. -

You know...that controller looks ugly as hell. And slightly uncomfertable. But that said, both consoles appeal to me and should I be in a position too, I'll probably get both (haha...I wish). Och well. -

Have you seen replays of the two situations? The first one was a penalty without a shadow of a doubt. Matteo clearly clipped him but the ref didn't give it. We got lucky. The second one would have been harsh but I've seen them given for holding like that before. Sibierski made a meal of it though and should have been booked for the dive IMO. But Nelsen was holding him back before that. Very poor game, scrappy. But the draw was a fair result all in all as neither team was particularly impressive. Thought we looked a bit jaded really and some players were clearly not fit enough (Sav, MGP). But no complaints, another clean sheat and another game undefeated. All good -
Even as a through and through Blackburn Rovers supporter I thought that was bloody nasty by Todd! Woudn't be suprised if he got a 3 match ban for that one.... Couldn't see much intent there. Van Persie didn't see where he was going, looked acidental to me, if that warrents a ban then I agree with danlad, Pires should get one for trying to castrate Neill...

When you guys complain about Heskey being in the England squad, look at this lot...oh dear oh dear... It's depressing isn't it At least Hareide weighs up for having Petter Rudi in the squad by adding Super-Ray Kvisvik! Now if only Robbie Winters was Norwegian... -

Very impressed with the lads today, didn't look good with the injuries I thought but the replacements really stepped up and did their bit. Really, really impressed with Reid. Top game from him and he should definitely stay in the team now. Very good, organized preformance defensivly although we still don't really look like scoring much. But I guess it works out as long as we can steal a goal from somewhere. Great goal it was too and I'm very happy for Stead, you could see how much it meant to get the goal finally, hopefully this is the turning point for him. 3 much needed points I didn't really expect to get so very happy. Hopefully we can grind out results against Arsenal and Manure too. -

Couldn't agree more. Other candidates: Diouf Rooney (if he'd just start playing and stop whinging) Anyone associated with Rosenborg -

Read rover6's post again, carefully this time. Andresen played for us on loan, but we've never had a player by the name of Andersen. It was an attempt at humour. -
1st March I think.

Wow, that would be instant legend status. Only way to top that would be to score directly from a corner in a Champions League final or something -

[Archived] Good Tactics
Shevchenko replied to BringOnNextSeason's topic in I Can't Believe It's Not Football Archive
I've found after testing various tactics that a 4-5-1 is the best option. I've made my 4-5-1 a counter attacking tactic which in affect works as a 4-3-3 in attack, with my wingers making long runs to support the lone striker. Of course, this works best with quick players up front but it's very solid in defence and so far I've found that this is what works best. I always play a narrow formation with short passing and high tempo. If I've gone behind and really need goals, the 4-5-1 is easy to adjust to a 4-1-3-2, which is something I'll do if I've had a very poor first half or if I need goals from the 60th minute or so. -

I found the same problem when I tried to order an Eagles yersey a few weeks ago. International shipping was an EXTRA $40...on top of the regular shipping costs. So a $40 shirt would cost me close to $100...which is just not on. Still haven't found anywhere in Europe that sells Eagles yerseys. -

To be fair to the English, they had some massive chances, notably with SWP who should have scored two alone. The Dutch hit the post, but not a lot more than that. -

MGP was rubbish. Call yourself a Norwegian?! Nope. I'm not from Norway, I'm from Bergen Funny Tris, most people reckoned he needed to get stronger, get more physical and you want him to go on a diet? Personally, I think he'd be better off on the Mars Bar diet, thin as a rake that lad. -

MGP was rubbish. As was the rest of the team for that matter. He better play better against Norwich though or he might as well go sit on the bench again.
