2 wins in 14. Last season’s record breaker was 2 wins in 17. 4 games left. Could we do it?!

Mowbray needs flogging but that lot on the pitch are a bunch of gutless cowards. Always have been and always will be. I’m sure one of them will tell us how they’ll ‘put it right next match’. Just f*ck off. -
His compensation must stand within the thousands now, so give this utter clown his marching orders tonight. Anyone defending the bloke now is doing so as they’re as stubborn as the managerial dinosaur themselves.

2-1. DO NOT let this muppet manage our last four matches. He needs to go tonight. -

I’ll not get celebrate this until that final whistle goes. We’re the experts at f*cking things up. -

Four matches left after today. Everything crossed. I’m convinced the bloke himself doesn’t even want to be here. -

Go easy, lads, we’ve only been in poor form for a ‘month or so’… -

Yep. If it were them down to ten then I guarantee we’re losing 1-0. -

Jesus Christ. Season going to end in one massive car crash here. Hey, at least Tony will have his excuses ready. -

We have a handicap for every single match already, with Mowbray in the dugout. -

Agree with you up until your last para. ‘And comfortably’. You’ve clearly been living in a Merlot haze for too long, Mercer. -
Or Mowbray.

100%. He has to start. Take him off after 60 if that’s what’s needed. If someone comes on here after today and says ‘a point isn’t a bad result’ then I think I’ll lose my mind. Must win if there ever was one. -

I can never say it enough, a fair number of our fans deserve Venky’s. Reading a number of responses on Twitter you’d be forgiven for thinking that we’re still a well run mid-table PL outfit. -
He also reckons we’ve only struggled to win matches for ‘the last month or so’. The blokes bullshit meter is off the charts at the moment. Can’t stand listening to or reading a word he says.

Found this on Twitter, posted by a Cov fan 5 years ago who has since retweeted it in response to a post about our dire form since the turn of the year: Mowbray's average points, first 23 games v remainder; Middlesbrough 11/12 - 1.91 vs 1.13 12/13 - 1.75 vs 0.78 Coventry 15/16 - 1.87 vs 0.9

What betting we throw away victory in the final minutes again? 1-1 and season over. -
Oh they'll be back out in force when we win our final couple of matches (we'll still miss out on the play-offs, mind). "If only BBD had been fit all season", "Mowbray's turned it around", "we were so unlucky to go so close", "he deserves the summer". We all know it's coming.

I’d be highly surprised if he has something lined up yet, so it’s surely in his interest to get scoring before the end of the season. People have short memories in football, and with Chile out of the WC running, there won’t be so much media focus on them for a while either.
