Sep 23: Pompey (PL) Sep 26: Brum (LC) Oct 04: Larissa (UEFA) Oct 07: Brum (PL) Tough on the pockets so I'm expecting Rovers to stick with the previous UEFA pricing for the Larissa game. Not sure about the League Cup pricing but expecting a mediocre gate for that one. The two PL games should each produce about 19,500 Rovers fans - add to that the visitors.

Any fool can see that the drummers start the same old songs (Rovers or Gerrinto 'em). Any other of our many tunes started by the fans are quickly ended by the drummers being out of time. If your're still undecided, watch a home game on TV, they are awful. Could this be why we have such little coverage on MOTD?

Can we look forward to the pleaure of a drummer free season? Fair enough when Bill started banging his Irish drum in the BBE but the staff who made him and his 'kids' 'official' providing them with new drums should be placed in the stocks. The bleak midwinter and sh1te form are encouraging us to dig out the rose tinted specs. This is the difference for me though - the old Ewood could generate a crackin' atmosphere for a night match, with a gate of less than 10,000 - its nigh on impossible at the new Ewood with double that crowd.
