I think with nyambe, if he was to leave , would only be looking at clubs similar to us. I.e forest, Stoke, clubs of that ilk. He isn’t a world beater. What irks people is he more than good enough to be our main rb for many years. With the right coaching he could improve but even now he is by a mile our best rb. People are annoyed because he doesnt keep his place to far inferior players. He isn’t a premier league quality player because he lacks things that people beat him down with I.e assists, crossing etc but he wouldn’t be here if he could do that. The fact is he has flaws in his game but is more than capable of holding down that first team jersey at rb and we would have a real asset if we had proper coaches in place and a manager with some faith in him . Sadly we don’t , that doesn’t mean he has to be shot or wasted potential. He’s fine for our first 11 if only Mowbray could see it

id love Dwight gayle although very unrealistic. I think assombalonga could, COULD be a great signing. Running off the right wing or waiting about for 85 minutes a game for the ball to be passed over the half way line and slow build possession football isn't going to get the best out of him. All comes back to my point earlier. 100k a week is more than enough for any player . Any contracts signed from 2022 should have a cap of 100k. However I’m sure there would be a way round it with bonuses and gifts etc. The problem is there is so much money sloshing around integrity is out the window and there will always be ways to manipulate the system. If the money in the game went to down to grass roots and back up the pyramid through the lower leagues it would create a better overall standard of leagues and competition, give the up and coming kids better chances and facilities impacting positively in the community and give us a better national team. Sadly it will always go to agents , top players and the few rich clubs at the top. We really could have a beautiful game if the right people cared and put the game and community before wealth and greed. It’s not like there isn’t enough to go round . Yet here we are from top to bottom riddled with debt , sharks round every corner and foreign owners who couldn’t give two shites charging ridiculous prices for tickets and shirts to the working class. It could be a game the world could be proud of instead of this shallow , hollow greed infested swamp. I may be a dreamer but I’m not the only one
