  1. I know what the bigger picture (and problem) is Gav, but that doesn't make JDT a 'very good manager'. Maybe his cheeky smile has you hoodwinked.
  2. Ha ha ha! Analogy of the week - take a bow!
  3. Well he'd better learn that it isn't a great idea to go into a live TV interview grinning from ear to ear when your team has just got absolutely dicked by their oldest and fiercest rivals then. He should have been sacked for that alone. And he followed that up with a 4-1 home defeat to the other local rivals.
  4. I don't think anyone is absolving Venkys, just a bit more realism about how good a coach JDT actually is I suppose.
  5. And something like 1 win in the last 11 last season (the last game) so roughly 10 in 40
  6. Electric Light Orchestra - Hold On Tight
  7. The players meant to press the ‘snooze’ button when their alarms went off but instead pressed ‘stop’, and overslept, knowing full well that they wouldn’t get sacked for it.
  8. Dropkick Murphys - Curse of a Fallen Soul
  9. Beats International - Dub Be Good To Me
  10. Doctor Feelgood - Milk and Alcohol
  11. Its the equivalent of a parish council meeting...
  12. Neil Diamond - Song Sung Blue
  13. Work your way through the first three would be my suggestion. Then skip through to As Is Now. Try 22 Dreams as it is VERY different, then A Kind Revolution and True Meanings. If you only want to try one, go with Wild Wood.
  14. If true, I'd be going after John Eustace if available.
  15. The Boomtown Rats - Looking After Number One
  16. Blimey that's like choosing your favourite child mate lol. My favourite Jam album is Sound Affects (just shading All Mod Cons), TSC is Confessions of a Pop Group and solo I would probably go for True Meanings, though that is really tough because Wild Wood is absolutely awesome too. But that's not really what you asked is it?
  17. Gil Scott Heron - Home Is Where The Hatred Is
  18. Bonnie Tyler - It's A Heartache
  19. The Jam - But I’m Different Now
  20. I think basically it’s one last shot at dialogue tbh
  21. I’m having that Lennie 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✊🏻😂
  22. After last night's meeting, I think my fellow Board members will smile at this post, and in particular the fact that it is me involved in this exchange...
  23. This is the first question on the list! 100% At some point yes, and in fairness we probably aren't that far away from that point. One Board member last night did say "What actually needs to happen to make us properly go after this lot!?" (The clear inference being that they felt we were already at that point).
  24. You've been in Rochdale too long old lad ha ha
