  1. Insanity- doing the same thing over and over expecting different results I repeat. mowbray needs taken to the loony bin
  2. I’m critical and you say what a stupid thing to say, so your critical I give you it back.
  3. Hahahhahahahahahahaha a nick powell header .... again surely mowbray learns from the past oh wait pathetic. I don’t care , beat us by 5
  4. Wasn’t really meaning the lad turn down Everton, more that type of player from lower down we could pluck for ourselves. The diamonds in the rough so to speak. Never known us to be so reliant on loans
  5. Personal view is that we are a move too late for the Everton lad, we should be looking at the Carlisle perm transfer to benefit us rather than the one that benefits Everton who have his contract
  6. Yea not going to happen , was in response to who was better in the league
  7. The Everton loan signing just doesn’t get me going at all. Not going up, not going down, developing others youngsters which we won’t get the benefit from. Pointless
  8. Jordan Rhodes argument again. His career after rovers showed the doubters to be correct. All Armstrong gives is pace, head down and tunnel vision to get shots away. He won’t be a prem success, misses 1 v 1s and not a team player. yes goals would need to be replaced, and your right it probably won’t be somebody that scores as much but a team player striker to compliment others and notch a few would be a damn side more useful. We need a team that works as a unit rather than suited to have one player ahead of the goal table. we are where we are, Brentford model, sell the stars, build the team but then again, mowbray isn’t the man to do the build
  9. Million shots, ball greedy, doesn’t look up, doesn’t pick right option 9/10
  10. Couldn’t disagree more tbh. Armstrong really isn’t as good as some make out
  11. I’d sell Armstrong once it hits the 15 mill mark. I don’t think he is all that and a bag of chips. Never been so frustrated with one player being so ball greedy. He scores goals and those are hard to be replaced but I think to strengthen other areas I’d be willing to sell. Kipre, Lewis ferguson, Ronan Curtis and a striker. I’d love Gayle but probably too far out of reach. Back in for assombalonga?
  12. As others say, lad sounds good. But it’s hard to get excited about signings when we are in the abyss of floating around going now where with this clown in charge
  13. Go go go go go go go go go go go go go go from 4 seasons ago not good enough for this club
  14. Put it to Tony tho, guy is getting a free ride without any heat thrown in his direction
  15. How much of a lift would it be to have somebody new in the dugout. Say a Michael carrick, ainsworth , Pearson
  16. Saddest thing is majority want him gone but know there is no hope of change. Genuinely he is gone in pretty much any other club. Just makes you realise how poorly we are owned. Absolutely no pressure on him. Can’t go football just now
  17. Sigh. been asking for mowbray out for many seasons, just a few more folk are waking up to it now. Terrible manager
  18. Take the 3 points, sadly barely cared. Seasons done. mowbray out
  19. Difference when he walked away from Coventry was he knew that somebody else would take a stab at him for employment, I think he sees this job as his last and will cling on to it for as long as he can
  20. I’m guessing Ayalas extra workload is picking the ball out our net all the time
  21. Good post , agree with pretty much all of it bar Buckley being the worst, by far Jason Lowe
  22. Iv never felt mowbray was the man for us, being from Scotland I always remember his time at Celtic, he is a joke manager up here, regarded as one of celtics worst appointments ever. He was brought in to save us, he failed. There was a lot of damage already done but we could still have survived imo. he was given luxuries in league 1, he had us playing turgid football with no real sense of a style or method. Approach seemed to be give it to dack and Graham and let them win us games on their own. We had a good academy with the likes of nyambe, travis, Wharton , a chance to really wipe the slate clean and give us a real signature with a young and hungry team playing attractive football. Some will say he got us up and that’s the be all and end all, it wasn’t for me. I thought we were poor. we are now languishing in nowhere land, and have been since we got up, same mistakes, same crap football, no ability to change a tide in a game, it’s rotten management. My support is dwindling by the season, I have no desire to attend games albeit I can’t at the moment, I have no desire to buy merchandise which I usually would, I just don’t like the direction we are going as a team, Iv stopped caring. A win used to get me high as a kite, a loss a real low, my moods are flatlined, barely caring either way. if kean and coyle were -100 for my support, then mowbray and bowyer are about -75, I want to get back to the positive support I had under the Hughes, souness, dalgleish eras where we had a team I could really get behind and we had a signature give me my Blackburn back, get out mowbray
