Peed me off last night when the comms kept saying it’s not how mowbray wants us to play but has to because of the players we have, so much discredit to the players

Anybody else feel that we kind of need to go up 2nd as we would buckle in the playoffs? I don’t see us holding up to the pressure of that personally. who do you fear up the top? for me Bournemouth with Parker in charge, I don’t see them getting too 2. West Brom seem to be lacking too. So for me I fear boro, forest and qpr seem to be grinding out results with lots of late winners, hopefully that bubble bursts but they seem to be able to keep it going

Thought he came across like a pillock in all honesty, didn’t show blackburn one bit of respect, I get that he is a boro boy but he still played for us too, you would’ve thought some nice words towards us would be respectful but all he came across was a bit bitter

Edun has the heart of a lion but left back wise I’d prefer bell and I didn’t rate him either. I’d like to see us bring in a left back and allow edun to be a midfield sub when we need some legs

Obviously delighted with the result few pointers to me if we are to keep up the momentum though - we lack some options from the bench , can we use a loan to get a poveda type in. I know markanday was meant to be that and its a cruel hand but in some ways ideal in that we can replace , few weeks time we couldn’t. Butterworth looks like a boy lost, need some better heads than that to see games out or find a winner in tight games - we lose a lot when our fullbacks are out, don’t realise how important nyambe and Pickering are until they are out. With a jrc in right back I’m not sure we win this one. Another area we could do with strengthening - on a wee side note, absolute credit for wilder in his interview. I’d be happy to have him in our dugout

Need to have more than one style/formation , we instead moved players to accommodate staying the same and it didn’t work. Completely lost the midfield

Yea as I said earlier though I think it’s madness we let him leave when he can fill in at both rb and cb. Let jrc out on loan to get back up to speed. Basically if we defended the wings as defenders, let Davenport sit on honeyman and our two best physical defenders/ headerers to deal with eaves who have we then got to worry about, Smallwood? Let our attackers and wingers to worry about attacking and win us the game

Well I would play carter in a back 4 and let our wingers be wingers kaminski rb- carter cb- lenihan cb- ayala lb- edun cdm- davenport am- rothwell am- buckley lw- khadra rw- markanday cf- brereton is the team and formation I would’ve went with last night

Most are suggesting lenihan which I don’t see myself , or you know change formation to fit what we had available

So we had a perfectly good and fit cover at rb in carter but instead of loaning out our one that’s just coming back from a long lay off we loan out our decent cover , honestly

I live in Scotland so see plenty spl, I don’t get the hedges attraction , can’t see that working out for us , but Iv been wrong a few times before on players

My ideal window would be some rb cover, send clarkson back and get some proper cm cover, Josh maja in with the only outgoings being magloire sold. not too much change and keeping all those that have got us to our position

Chaddy mind you were all for Callum Davidson as next rovers manager and I said he would be a terrible appointment yea his team is bottom of the spl currently, I’m guessing that view has changed

Just take a moment to highlight the importance of gallagher brilliant block at the back post to keep it 1-0, they score there and it’s a completely different story. shows this is a massive team effort, folk coming off the bench and putting their bodies on the line, first time Iv felt like that with a mowbray team. Got a good squad at the moment and long may it continue
