  1. Embarrassing supporting this team again, absolutely no further forward from coyle, mowbray should’ve been canned last season, now he should walk because I fear he has positioned himself into a job for life here. Very uncomfortable with the situation. Cmon venkys right some wrongs
  2. That another good goal we have had chalked off against Preston
  3. Must win game at home so time to bring in Williams, Smallwood and Evans lolz, warnings were there even last season, mowbray ain’t that great in fact he is below average. Next!
  4. There was a game on sky recently that Nolan scored a brilliant goal from outside the box- how many of ours have done that this season? Reed v West Brom and Mulgrews free kicks. Still think he would have been uselful for us
  5. Iv seen them all in flashes this season and unfortunately they are in a poor team, believe they would flourish in a better team. Edwards ripped us first game for example
  6. Market b doesn’t have to mean we are shopping at Harrods though, there is plenty of talent in lower leagues and abroad that could easily enhance us. Very shocked we didn’t raid the league 1 market last year after being in the league. Was some very good players there that have since gone on to be a success, we missed a trick there I reckon. All about doing the legwork now and identifying where we are lacking and who will fit in here and improve us. We always seem to be slow off the mark
  7. Bell needs replacing absolutely, fine for a sub if we are chasing a game
  8. From the out of contract prem players, worth an enquiry martin kelly jazz richards danny simpson jonathan Williams adrian
  9. Was just about to say the same, top of the list, Chelsea surely ready to sell this summer
  10. So jealous of sheff Utd, team play good attacking football, well organised with a clear style and a manager that fights for everything. A team that I could certainly buy into. So far ahead of us it’s frightening we are in the same league
  11. God that’s depressing when there is literally no deserved winners. Dack for me probably but he has fell off a cliff and is capable of so much more
  12. Graham- great servant but on the decline, I don’t think he will be much kop next season. Brereton- only on the basis that we deserve some return from him dack- peed me off recently, nowhere near as good as he is capable of. How many assists does he have this season? Think he is going. armstrong- showed in bits that he has something that can perhaps be worked on. Il give you armstrong. Reed- not ours and not staying. Travis- performances have dropped sadly but yes worth keeping. Raya- on what basis, has threw away so many points for us. Needs replacing. Like an fm keeper with great stats for loads of things but near 0s for others. Will never be a prem keeper. Rothwell- hmm yea I guess but fans think he is messi when really he hasn’t shown that much. Gives the ball away a lot for me. Chapman- the kind of player we need if fit yes. Question marks remain. I would add lenihan- I’d be disappointed if he left. Id love to see rodwell start a few in midfield, not a centre back. Rest- honestly wouldn’t be arsed if they moved on. Nobody near consistently good enough to progress this team
  13. In all honesty name one player that you would definitely like to stay next year? I’m open to selling the lot
  14. Dack has dropped off since pre season when he megged a few Everton players and set up a few goals which he has been severely lacking to do this season- setting up goals that is
  15. Raya can go, in fact give me an offer for any of them and I’d consider it. Yes even dack, wee show pony. Plays when he wants not when we need. Mowbray you can be the first to go
  16. Mowbray out. Had a good run but he is limited , we deserve faster progression. Miles away from even the playoffs simply by the way that we play, it’s dire
  17. Was one of the few that said sack in the poll, seen it coming a mile off , surprised it’s took the rest of you so long. Time to go Tony, we are going backwards now
  18. I like berg but I can’t imagine him tearing up and down the wing in the modern game so for me right back would have to be Emerton. i also really liked ripley on the right wing , would be a close call between him and Bentley. wouldnt get in the team but some handy subs to have would be paul warhurst and lars bohenian. We have had several star names that have reached us at the end of their careers so I’m guessing your referring to their actual rovers careers otherwise the likes of fowler, djorkaeff, Salgado, Suker would need to be involved
  19. Got to say I usually read these blogs, enjoy and agree but I’m disappointed with this one. As somebody who voted for a change it seemed a very veiled attack at those who have a different opinion to his own. I gave my reasons for wanting a change as others did, mowbray had a lot of questions to answer and some simply don’t think he has the answers. I am open for a healthy debate but the name calling and passive aggressive undertones in this blog are overstepping the mark
  20. Won’t be a popular opinion but I’d take Che Adams over dack any day
  21. Joe worrall would be a good start if rangers don’t take option to buy
  22. Che Adams must wish he could play against our back line every week the amount of gifts we give him. Would love him at rovers but he will be moving to bigger and better than us sadly. Had fears about Mulgrew at the start of the season and it’s now looking like I was right to be with ability diminishing by the week now. Should only be a sub next year to step in when needed. Also rayas chance is just about up for me, is capable of great saves but far too many errors that we just can’t afford. Whole defence needs revamped, I don’t think we have the funds or ability to do that however
