Chaddys words were that he expects two permanent signings by today - i would search but cant be assed. It hasnt happened. he took a day off from work then accuses eveyone else of being obsessed with the day - but he still won at monopoloy (i think).

I just do not see the value in that for the selling club though. I might be wrong but why would they loan with an obligation to sell at a fixed price when that player could then have a storming six months and be valued much higher? Unless its a player the club really does not want to keep and wants to bank on that money in 6 months time.

Will be interesting to see if this 5 million+ that we apparently have will be used in January or on top of next seasons budget.

Gut feeling too. We will be told it was rejected soon. 19-year old kid with big potential not so long ago linked to top PL teams and their fans are saying is worth 3x that.
