Priorities for the summer

Seems like rovers are using this international window to do some housework. So hopefully carter and jrc will be negotiating new deals now 🤞 -

Both of these players would be silly not to sign new contracts with us though, they've both proven to be reliable championship squad players in recent months but they're not exciting players and I cant really see any clubs offering to pay them more than we will be offering. Look what happened to Nyambe when he believed he was the shizzle and thought bigger clubs would be beating his door down to sign him. -

I agree it's not currently looking like a priority area, but Anel Ahmedhodžić at shef united is showing what a difference having a Premier league class defender and leader at the club can add to the team! I don't think they'd be doing anywhere near as well without him -

https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/23399904.lewis-obrien-secures-mls-loan-failed-blackburn-rovers-move/ Be curious to know if this option to buy deal is for the same amount that we we had in place! 10 million upfront did seems a bit ott considering he wasn't deemed good enough to play for forest in the prem, still love it if we went back in for him in the summer though! -
Personally I'd lose a lot of respect for jdt if he leaves this summer after all of his and GBs talk about us being on a long term journey with them at the helm.... Unless it was a big champions league club that wanted him that we couldn't even closely compete with salary wise. Hopefully he will be offered a big improved new deal her soon

What scares me most is Yes this was just a cup quarter final and i dont fancy seeing us get pummelled by the likes of man city, united... at Wembley. BUT what if this was a playoff game with the clubs future and mega millions of pounds in tv money at stake and we went out that way due to poor naive tactical changes 🫣🫣🫣

I'd really fancy our chances against most clubs in this league if we reach the playoff... Apart from Middlesbrough! So i hope they can take 2nd spot from shef united -

Good lad BB! We're having real good luck this year with players regaining form just as other players are losing theirs! It's largely what's helped keep us at the top imo. (if that makes sense to you!) -

New to the Club

Just a side note! Personally if I was in the pretty unique(for an adult) position to choose a new club to support with a clear conscience! in this area I'd go for Accrington Stanley. Genuinely! Fck all these clubs owned by mega rich foreign tossers that couldn't give a wank and only buy the clubs for bragging rights amongst their other silly rich pals P. S. As for 'Riverside under the whatever....' s comments about the Riverside.... I think what he means is thats where the regular down to earth working class folk sit, aside from a few spots near the pillars the views there are as good as anywhere, but the first half a dozen rows aren't well covered from the elements. P. P. S. ! If your 💯 serious then id reccomend maybe going on one of the ground tours 👍 welcome ta rovers, fingers crossed you're definitely getting on board at a time when we are really on the up -
His scope seemed mainly to be welsh players and pushed for us to go for them. We need someone with a much broader scope and better connections, especially around europe if we where to get promoted. That said.... My guess would be that he was largely involved in convincing O'brian to sign for us and he wasn't happy with the amature hour fiasco that went on and how it's left O'brian in limbo at an important stage of the players career
