  1. Not much between the teams overall tbf. Both lacking upfront but reasonably solid everywhere else
  2. Only gallagher could both assist and score an own goal at the same time.
  3. Random observation! Why is Szmodics playing with a gob full of chewing gum in his mouth. Bit silly
  4. I'd really fancy our chances against most clubs in this league if we reach the playoff... Apart from Middlesbrough! So i hope they can take 2nd spot from shef united
  5. Good lad BB! We're having real good luck this year with players regaining form just as other players are losing theirs! It's largely what's helped keep us at the top imo. (if that makes sense to you!)
  6. We've been found out by a manager thats really done his homework.... Hopefully JDT has a plan b in his book now.... A good time for Brereton to regain his form!
  7. Just a side note! Personally if I was in the pretty unique(for an adult) position to choose a new club to support with a clear conscience! in this area I'd go for Accrington Stanley. Genuinely! Fck all these clubs owned by mega rich foreign tossers that couldn't give a wank and only buy the clubs for bragging rights amongst their other silly rich pals P. S. As for 'Riverside under the whatever....' s comments about the Riverside.... I think what he means is thats where the regular down to earth working class folk sit, aside from a few spots near the pillars the views there are as good as anywhere, but the first half a dozen rows aren't well covered from the elements. P. P. S. ! If your 💯 serious then id reccomend maybe going on one of the ground tours 👍 welcome ta rovers, fingers crossed you're definitely getting on board at a time when we are really on the up
  8. His scope seemed mainly to be welsh players and pushed for us to go for them. We need someone with a much broader scope and better connections, especially around europe if we where to get promoted. That said.... My guess would be that he was largely involved in convincing O'brian to sign for us and he wasn't happy with the amature hour fiasco that went on and how it's left O'brian in limbo at an important stage of the players career
  9. 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯
  10. I'm not grinning, you're grinning 🤭🤭 Mowbray is just kryptonite for club moral. Absolutely miserable excuse making defeatist chancer.
  11. And Brereton seems to have gone to 💩 already
  12. from the article... " has no pace, no skill, no finishing ability"! did they receive his evil twin by mistake or something haha I'd have him back in a heart beat!! he's just gone to a shit club and started earning a lot of money, confidence is zero. IMO.... he was/is not physically and psychologically good enough to do well in the prem, but he does have bags of ability though and one of the best finishers around when his confidence is high
  13. Pretty meh! Draw for us and we usually do better when we're the complete underdogs (with less pressure) so I'd have preferred a prem team Still! On paper it's a fairly even draw so could easily go either way
  14. I was exaggerating a little haha But you get my fkin point #waggotout
  15. Probably wouldn't even cover the costs they're paying to the solicitors for the O'Brian balls up
  16. Now Brittains back I'd even be tempted to stick this immense new lad Costello alongside Travis in the middle
  17. If by some miracle O'brian finally arrived to play alongside a rejuvenated Travis that would be something!
  18. Whatever you think of him it's a bit petty of people on here to be putting so much focus on Vales cameo apearance at this minute! Great performance and well deserved win, need to bring that attacking intensity to our league games and we'll smash the playoffs!
  19. Will be interesting to see how he gets on at this level, good luck to him, just a shame he's gone to a shitshow of a football club
  20. Anybody else feel we have too many "confidence players" in the team and not enough constant reliables
  21. Was going to say we could do with A Benni Mccarthy type striking coach... Then remembered Tomasson was actually a highly successful forward🙈 (although he definitely wasn't ever a prolific goal scorer)
  22. He'd be best to see this season out before making a final decision. If we get to the playoffs and he puts in a very good performance or 2 in front of the cameras with a big audience then it could tempt a few prem clubs to finally make a serious move for him. Or in the fantasy scenario that we won promotion he'd be better of signing a bumber Premier league contract here
  23. https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2023/02/19/blackburn-transfer-news-rovers-make-last-ditch-offer-to-keep-brereton-diaz/ Any truth in this? Maybe a move to try and regain some support after the O'Brian fiasco Has his deal with the Spanish club not been sealed yet??
