  1. Wouldn't normally be impressed by a manager winning the spl as manager of celtic, especially at a time when rangers weren't in the running. But to take on that pressure and do it at just 38 years old is pretty impressive and shows a lot of bottle
  2. Deila intrigues me, think he's one that could either be an absolute masterstroke or absolutely abysmal!! Where as most the other main names getting linked(warne, ainsworth, Ferguson) would likely just be pretty average at best
  3. Ahhh thanks! Of course. I'd completely forgot about Givet! Strange bugger he was haha but he was so cool looking ha
  4. https://www.lancs.live/sport/football/football-news/death-threats-bradley-orrs-blackburn-24162439 Forgets to mention what a vastly overpaid useless loada crap he was even when fully fit. Cant argue with a lot of what he says though but as Silas says above all he's doing is showing largely why we wanted kean out! All personal feelings agains Kean aside and forgetting about the machiavellian way he wrangled himself into the job...bottom line was he was and forever will be god awful manager that waaaaay overstayed his welcome. I am tyring to figure out which so called 'fan favorite warrior' cb it was that he claims refused to play at left back for a game!? My first thought was maybe salgado, but you wouldn't call him a cb! Other than that i cant think of any defenders at that time that you'd call a fan favorite! Possibly Hanley to an extent, but he was still very young then so can't imagine hed have had the power to just refuse to play. As for midfielders not pulling their weight in the effort department! That could literally be all of them, there was only Lowe that put in the miles but sadly that's all he did because he was terrible in every other aspect of the game.
  5. At this stage it seems you'll literally talk yourself into accepting anybody 😞 (see the shouty part of my last post)
  6. Never heard of this warne bloke until now. That's not a judgement though! But nothing about him impresses or even intrigues me. No bloody thanks and its pretty sad that so many now seem willing to accept names like him, YOU MIGHT WONDER IF THAT IS/WAS THE WHOLE REASON FOR THIS DRAWN OUT BS PROCESS TO BEGIN WITH. (sorry for shouting!)
  7. Yesterday it was Kean(🤢) being linked to the Dundee managers job, today it's Bowyer 😂 If i didn't think Scottish football is an absolute load of mouldy dog shite I'd actually feel sorry for them.
  8. (I know you won't answer this because you pretend to ignore me 😅😅) But why no Slaven Billic? He ticks all the boxes and is easily the best candidate out of the lot on experience alone. After Billic, Jokanovic would be the next logical option (assuming they actually want a leader and not just another puppet manager that just goes with the flow)
  9. Now if somebody more able could just impose Swaggalot and the Elusive Pashas faces....
  10. Mortens name was just randomly thrown into the discussion on here today as pure speculation that's all haha
  11. too far Dom, too far...🙈 I've nothing personal against the Queen or most of her immediate family, they're just living the lives that they where born and indoctrinated into, it's the establishment that surrounds and controls and protects them when they do do something wrong! that make me sick along with all the public money they receive (that they could probably now comfortably live without with all the personal wealth that they've acquired)
  12. in that situation why would he even be needed at all? just to stand on the touchline looking mean! (you can step on @Mike E big toe and get him do that!)
  13. load of pompus guff and sickly waste of money when there's a financial crisis happening. not even getting into the queens support of her scummy slime ball son andrew. And all those old celebs and singers they wheeled out😬 You can bet they'd have had Saville front and centre if he was still alive. Glad london had a nice big party at the tax payers expense though! whoppi fkin doo for them.
  14. ahhh right. I had no idea who Ronny was until I just googled him haha. bit of a mixed career so far as manager but he seem and interesting option if he's interested.
  15. Jon Dahl Tomasson & Morten Gamst Pedersen scandi double header 🤩 The Swede and the Dane, like Blackburns take on The Bridge. Pedersen is still playing though, no sign of him having any coaching experience yet
  16. True, but did also have agood run with them in the champions league for a small club Roy Hodgson learnt his trade with Malmo and a few other scandi teams for many years before moving on to bigger clubs in Europe. Not saying Tommason will be the same obviously, just pointing out the possibilities
  17. I've had him in mind as an outsider for a while, good pedigree as a youngish coach/manager and a quality player in his day, seemingly good likeable charismatic ambitious bloke If we're going to take a chance on someone I'd much rather take the chancr on a man like him than the likes of Unsworth, Ferguson, Woodshite
  18. 😂 😂 😂 Yes i do think and speak my thoughts! What i don't do is try to pass my thoughts of as insider information.
