  1. Sorry to single you out and put you on the spot @glen9mullan Sorry, I'm sure you're probably just getting on with life and enjoying time with your fam, but your silence on this weeks happenings, non-happenings and rumours is becoming a little deafening 😬
  2. I wouldn't be suprisef if that plank mowbray, grease ball waggot and their north east cronies are quietly trying to sabotage anything good from happening at rovers and are just hoping to wedge fkin woodgate or some other puppet manager in that they can control.
  3. After Farke... Billic & Jokanovic would be next favs (I would like a foreign chap!) Maybe Jon Dahl Tommason as an outsider. I know I'm just torturing myself with wishful thinking though.
  4. If theres only a couple of mill max to spend then we wont get anybody other than either a 'desperate has been' or a 'likely never gonnabe'
  5. Sparkys special weapon at the time was his coaching team though, they dragged our coaching and training methods into the 21st century and had the players so fit, motivated and prepared that they could hold their own against anybody. (obviously as well as have a first team core of top international players at the peak of their careers)
  6. To be honest if only for sheer entertainment value I think I'd genuinely rather have some mad sounding random appointment like Benni than some completely underwhelming, shite awful appointment like Woodgate, adkins, pardew, unsworth, big dunc...
  7. Someone needs to explain to the venks that old indian proverb about wanting to have your cake and eat it. Clubs just run by dickheads from the very top to the very bottom now, even most the staff there are just sell out wankers on the gravy train keeping schtum and doing as they're told by their overlords.
  8. Curious what @glen9mullan current take on things is after the past few days bs!? Defintely seems to be another dodgy power struggle going on behind the scenes and we know for sure that as always it will be the club and us that suffer whatever the outcome.
  9. Fucking shambles of a club, makes my skin crawl reading about whats going on behind the scenes there. TRYING to support rovers has become like being trapped in an abusive relationship. We need to get JDs lawyers on the case now that shits all over with!
  10. Well opinions are funny things... But comparing him to Berg is just lazy! And as far as managerial experience goes he's got a lot more than Farke and has managed a faaaar bigger club the carvalhal ever has!
  11. But you don't really need to be a tactical genius outside of the prems top half
  12. As for the shirts themselves! Meh!! I'm not 8 years old so have no interest in owning or wearing one.
  13. Id love us to to have a shirt front simply labeled "sponsor" that would be so cool and a big 'up yours' to the over commercialised corporate bs in sport. Looks good as well.
  14. Personally think Solskjaer would be a very good fit for us, the ridicule he gets is way over the top, so maybe he's not cut out for the pressures of "elite" management (only a tiny few are!) but i think he'd do well here with the right support and I'm sure he'll have a real point to prove afyer the way things worked out at united.
  15. So you just dismiss the rest of his managerial career after one job where it didn't really work? Sometimes a good manager can simply be a poor fit for a club.
  16. Sorry for the cliche.... But as always 2 wrongs do not make a right.
  17. You think companies that market their incredibly addictive and poisoness substances to kids is an acceptable choice for a professional football club? regardles of the finances involved or whether theyre a 'local company' If you don't set clear principles and moral standards in your life then you are nothing.
  18. After just seeing the revolting and embarrassing choice of shirt sponsor I'm sadly now 100% expecting our next manager just to be more absolute rotten shite like woodgate. Absolutely pathetic club. Waggot out Waggot out Venkys out oh! And poison peddlers totally wicked out! (which is what the chemical nicotine is to humans, so there's nothing libelous in saying that!)
  19. Absolutely disgusting decision for many reasons, sad proof that nothing has changed at Ewood and I'm now 100% expecting our next manager to be some pathetic dolloper like woodgate or some other loser. Waggot out. Venkys out.
  20. Someone on here randomly mentioned Jon Dahl Tomassons name on here recently and that caused me to google up on him (having not even heard his name in yonks!) but I was pleasantly surprised by what I could see and if he was in the running I think there could be a lot of potential there for him to do well as a manager here.
  21. Woodgate would be an absolute disgrace of a choice and would have gormless waggots name all over it, Ferguson would be a very very poor choice and a huge unnecessary risk but I'd at least be able to get behind him as a man initially and hope for the best! But Woodgate!!! that would truly be a Keanesque disaster in the making. Hoping Farke is still in the running, yes I'm sure he'd love a gig at a top german club and you can't blame him for throwing his name in the hat trying... but will they actually want him!?
  22. Bilic would easily be in my top few candidates by the way! so much attention has been put on farke and carvalhal that people are just completely ignoring other good proven available managers out there!
  23. Haha, i agree in regards to mowbray being too lenient, but in this day and age you have to be firm and fair, players will just switch offand push for a move away at the first opportunity if they're constantly getting berated.
  24. Hopefully you're wrong on Farke, past history as shown that the owners will pay what it takes(even over the odds) to land their man once they all firmly have there targets set on him. I feel it's more a case of whether Farke is willing to come here or hang on until a higher profile job comes along.
  25. Yep, definitely seems to be proving early suspicions right(regarding his nomadic career) that although he maybe a talented coach he is just completely out for himself. We need someone that leads by example and is willing to seriously commit and give 💯 to the club for the next few years. For all Mowbrays many faults in recent years, nobody can argue that he wasn't giving his all for the club on & off the field.
