Fingers crossed that this "leading head hunting agency" is actually a reputable and respected one unlike the useless vile, self serving scum they've hired in the past. The fact that they've reportedly had an individual lined up for the job for a while now without his/her name being leaked worries me that it's just some useless tit that's been hiding in plain site. Sucks about Farke, but as long as thats the standard of manger that they hold out for then there's still a little hope, but if after all this time they just roll out some desperate dross like Duncan Ferguson, woodgate etc... Then I won't be buying that season tkt that I was planning on getting this coming season

Sad but true and each of them are terrible, none would inspire the fans or players at all and i doubt any would even last 3-6 months, it would become like the managerial merry go round of shite we had in years following Keans(💩) departure.

Too much talk of Ainsworth for my liking yet😅😅 Whilst there's still a technically few better options available I'd rather he was just left to simmer quietly on the back burner for now thanks 👍

If i was to be beaten down and started lowering my hopes & expections from the likes of Farke, Billic and Jokanovic... Then I'd start to lean more towards Ainsworth, but with his lack of experience outside of the lower leagues I think hed need DOF with very good pedigree and know how.

He'd Probably do better than most of the names mentioned but likely to outspoken and big of a personality for our overlords.

Im still holding out hope that that's tbe case! Yep I'm sure Farke would love a job in the bundesliga(or prem) and I wouldn't begrudge him one bit for holding out for a job there whilst there's a few available..... But considering how poor Farkes record was in the Premier league would he really be the 1st(2nd,3rd..) choice for a decent bundesliga club (or any prem club) looking for a new manager/head coach?

I wouldn't be suprisef if that plank mowbray, grease ball waggot and their north east cronies are quietly trying to sabotage anything good from happening at rovers and are just hoping to wedge fkin woodgate or some other puppet manager in that they can control.

Sparkys special weapon at the time was his coaching team though, they dragged our coaching and training methods into the 21st century and had the players so fit, motivated and prepared that they could hold their own against anybody. (obviously as well as have a first team core of top international players at the peak of their careers)

To be honest if only for sheer entertainment value I think I'd genuinely rather have some mad sounding random appointment like Benni than some completely underwhelming, shite awful appointment like Woodgate, adkins, pardew, unsworth, big dunc...

Someone needs to explain to the venks that old indian proverb about wanting to have your cake and eat it. Well opinions are funny things... But comparing him to Berg is just lazy! And as far as managerial experience goes he's got a lot more than Farke and has managed a faaaar bigger club the carvalhal ever has!

Id love us to to have a shirt front simply labeled "sponsor" that would be so cool and a big 'up yours' to the over commercialised corporate bs in sport. Looks good as well.

Personally think Solskjaer would be a very good fit for us, the ridicule he gets is way over the top, so maybe he's not cut out for the pressures of "elite" management (only a tiny few are!) but i think he'd do well here with the right support and I'm sure he'll have a real point to prove afyer the way things worked out at united.
