  1. I've now added Roy Keane for you 😄 in place of david Unsworth, seeing as he'd received no votes (the poll only allows 24 options, which is why some names never made the list and those that did make it where mostly just randomly selected from the betting sites) P.S. Roy Keane would destroy the player Moral at any club he managed or coached, as entertaining as his grouchy ways are as a pundit.... there's just no room for that at professional football clubs anymore sadly, players and staff simply wouldn't tolerate it, that's just the way it is.
  2. Tomatos, tomatoes. It's just a bit of fun really, but you're obviously free to start another poll!
  3. You can always change or alter your selections 👍 Yeah, personally I think somebody completely untested and inexperienced would be an unnecessary gamble whilst there is still other good proven options available, then on the other hand I wouldn't want a tired old journey man either! We need someone with a real fire in their belly still 🔥
  4. I think it was a given Farke was going to be most peoples first choice, be interesteding to see more peoples alternatives picks too
  5. I've tried to just keep it simple, the poll only allows 24 names, The names i've added are mostly in no particular order and have just been taken from betting odds sites, but i'll try and remove the dead wood names and replace them with new candidates as they come up and sorry in advance if I've missed any obvious ones. Cheers p.s. votes are anonymous (even to me!)
  6. Anybody fancy starting a poll for the new manager? Bit tedious, but was thinking maybe with two seperate questions/polls 1. A poll that strictly only includes managers whose names have been mentioned by reporters in the various medias. 2. A general poll made up of any realistic potential candidates that you'd like
  7. Chris Houghton gets a big 👎👎👎from me, nothing much against him, he's a competent manager but that's about it, he would not take the club forward at all and would be completely uninspiring imo! Also amazed to see that he's actually in his 60s! he looks bloody good for it, I still had him down as a relatively young manager in my mind for some reason
  8. big part of me would love Hughes back, but I think unless he has Bowen and the key members of his original coaching team with him you only get half the package, Also get the feeling that his contacts and player knowledge within the game are very out of date
  9. Yeh 😂 fair doos. And I'm sure I'm guilty of it myself at times. Just some people take it to absurd levels with their stubbornness hahaha
  10. A few people on here very much like to pick and choose their facts to suit their opinions and completely ignore any kind of context surrounding them
  11. I won't bother going on... Because i do know how you like to sulk and tell the teachers. 😄 But ok 👍😊 What's wrong with Darren Moore though? (if you are looking in the up and coming uk managers market)
  12. Sorry, but you paint yourself into a corner with your support of Mowbray (as you're entitled to) but then when you do single out a replacement manager you really fancy it's one of the most dubious looking candidates 🙈
  13. Little shout for Darren Moore as a candidate, obviously not my first choice, but if your considering someone like Ainsworth then surely he's worth alook also. He also knows the club a bit from starting his coaching career here, has a pretty solid cv and decent pedigree for a relatively young manager P. S. Carvalal looks terrible! One of those manager s where you just have to wonder how he keeps finding work at a good level! (my guess would be he has a very convincing agent). ALSO Coco would be very poor.
  14. I wouldn't take that as final confirmation! There's going to be a big knot in my stomach until it's officially confirmed by the club.
  15. 😲😲😲😲😲 You'd genuinely accept him back for another year!! 🤯
  16. I think the the odds are in favour of Mowbray agreeing a new contract(maybe for 1 year) once he starts bending the owners ear, sad but true. He definitely doesn't sound like a person thats about to completely sever ties with the club anyway 😞
  17. Lame comparison! Also! Surely the extra digits would make the surgeon far more Dexterous in surgery! All though don't be suprised if you go in just to have your tonsils out and leave with a new mangina.
  18. Woodgate would be terrible in every respect! and quite a pathetic appointment, i hope he's not being seriously considered, but he probably is the kind of garbage Waggot will be putting forward I imagine. #waggotout
  19. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/charlton-athletic-add-54-year-old-former-premier-league-boss-to-managerial-shortlist/ Perversely I do want to see him get another managers job in England, just to see what happens! Just feel gutted for the fans of which club he goes to, although if it was a Southern or Yorkshire club I wouldn't care less
