VICTORY!!!

No, unfortunately this is the longest streak I’ve had of not getting Rovers on ESPN+.

No Pears, Gally, Barnes, Leonard, Moran & Hedges… We didn't get guys back after the break, & we lose Moran for a game or two. Defense really needs to step up. We might have to win games 1-0.

Beginning this weekend, I can see Rovers start the long climb from the bottom half of the table. As long as Sammie & Sig’s stay healthy, I think we can count on seeing more goals scored.

I love the four goals, but with our recent miseries, I love the clean sheet better.

My attentions are divided today… Rovers… Hook ‘em Horns!

Without Hedges, Gally, Leonard & now Adam W., our options are limited. We've got 3 pts in our last 6 games, I think it best if my expectations are low today.

We are just above the drop zone. Sunderland are firmly in run for the playoffs.

I really thought we would be rewarded by better defending today with a clean sheet. How wrong I was.

Quite honestly, I’m just disappointed. I expected our defending to be our strength, and here we are giving up 3 or 4 goals, not just to Leicester, but recently promoted clubs, as well. Looking at October fixtures, I see five more games. I cannot see but maybe 5 pts coming from those five (3 from Cardiff, 1 each from Swans, & QPR).

We’ve lost to lesser clubs recently, the prospects of playing Leicester at the present time do not appear to be good. I will be driving home from east Texas during the game, so I will be able to listen on ESPN+. Rovers will give it a great effort, alas, I cannot see anything better than 2-3.

This stinks.

I’m all charged up about Sigurdsson. He’s finally doing what he was brought here to do!

I don’t understand our failures defending. I thought that was going to be the best part of our team. But we sell off Kaminski & Phillips. Those moves did not help us defensively this season.

Looking at our starting 11, it’s a solid team with 2, maybe 3 changes. Tomasson has this. 👍

Now, a chance to score points vs two teams ahead of us on the table, Sunderland & @Ipswich.
