If I spend my £10 on the coverage of the game then I am perfectly entitled to give my opinion on the coverage and the commentary is in my opinion very poor other than that I think the coverage is very good. -

They are terrible and I'm sure that one of them said today or though I could have misheard that they thought the penalty was given for handball by Kaminski. -

How do you get the opposition commentary? I'll have to listen to that next time it can't be any worse the the two that do Rovers commentary. -

Every team in the league will say the same about keeping players fit and they can go on a run. It rarely happens in any season let alone in this condensed season with Covid around. -

Johnson being backs makes a big difference, with Travis out he is the only player we have in midfield who offers any physicality. Elliott is a classy footballer. Very pleased for Wharton as well I said it after Tuesday and I thought the same today, he looks like someone who enjoys defending. Of our last 3 we have won 1, drawn 1 and lost 1 which to me sums up where we are at the moment and where we have been for the last few years. A consistently inconsistent mid table team. -

I feel a bit for the Greek lad he probably thought he was coming here as second choice and within a matter of weeks he is now 4th choice. -
You'd have thought that they could have got Magloire a better loan move than Hartlepool. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/november/magloire-makes-pools-move/

But it has not been confirmed that they tested positive. We have only had one confirmed positive case and that was Bennett months ago. -

Since Elliott Bennett months ago no player has been confirmed as having tested positive for Covid. -

You very rarely have everyone fit in a normal season let alone in a season like this one, with a condensed season and Covid around you are not going to have everyone fit at once. These players missing are just another excuse for Mowbray and his disciples. What will their next excuse be when we get players back and are still stuck in midtable, which will happen. -

Another poor performance. Surely Mowbray can't last much longer 10 games in at it is clear we are going nowhere under him. Infact watching that tonight we are more likely to be bottom 6 than top 6. Nyambe and Lenihan were excellent, Williams was good as well by my god aren't our centre backs injury prone. JRC the weak link in the defence again, as for Pears he made a couple decent saves but they looked like scoring from every corner that they got in. Thought Wharton did decent when he came on, he looks like the sort that actually enjoys defending. The midfield and attackers were poor, there seemed to be no shape whatsoever. I thought that Dolan was about the brightest of the attackers so of course he was taken off at half time. Brereton was terrible, it really is staggering that a 2nd division footballer can have such a terrible touch. Gallagher equally bad, as a striker he has to be anticipating that JRC cross. I thought that Holtby was our poorest performer bar his abysmal set pieces he was non existent. -
Not thin on quantity but very thin on quality. From that list Dack isn't a central Midfielder, Downing is past it and hasn't played or trained for nearly 4 months, Davenport isn't fancied by the manager (you have to wonder why he signed him), Evans is poor, Buckley miles of off his depth, Elliott isn't a central midfielder and JRC plays plenty of positions but doesn't particularly impress in any. Even the likes of Johnson, Rothwell and Holtby tend to flatter to deceive with more disappointing performances than stand out ones.
-
We don't have Travis though and not having a replacement/alternative for him is hurting us badly.
-
And it's for reasons like that why we won't get near the top 6. We have no bite in the centre of our midfield and having a player who could break up play would give more protection to a weak defence that is too often left exposed.
-
He looked past it the second half of last season. He was decent was for the first half of the season but his performances as the season went on deteriorated. If Downing really wanted to be here then he would have signed the contract when it was initially offered not 3 months and a half months later when it was clear he wasn't going to get a better offer.

His only senior appearance? You've obviously forgotten his horror show at Hillsborough. -
He's 36 had no pre season and hasn't played for 4 months. This stinks of Mowbray not for the first time doing a mate a favour.
-
It's good of Mowbray to give one of his mates a final pay day. Just a shame he is wasting clubs funds doing it.
-
Why not, we have no bite in the centre of our midfield and having a player like Morsy would also give more protection to a weak defence that is too often left exposed.

And that's why we won't achieve anything as we miss exactly that type of player.
-
Why sign a player when Tony can use club funds to help out one of his mates.
