Thomas although didn’t get on the ball as much as we all liked, his defending & tracking back today was second to none. Can’t remember when it was but he sprinted back more or less half of the pitch to take the ball off their player & win it back… Hopefully we can sign him on the cheap.

They were probably the better team for about 20 minutes in the first half…that’s it. I’ve never like heckingbottom.

Every player on that pitch was superb. Really enjoying the directness of thomas. He’s helping us on so many level. Travis & Buckley were superb but the man who is impressing me the most is Szmodics…class once again!

What a difference Thomas is making for us. They look good but we can defiantly get them on the counter again….

To me It’s only fair. If you had bad attitude you don’t play. Everyone has spells of being dropped. I could imagine when trav was dropped he was fuming! He’s now back and one of the standouts…it’s all down to attitude and how you react. I presume A Wharton is still abit immature in this way. He will learn eventually….if he doesn’t, I can see him shipped out on loan next season - especially if we bring new players in. Onto todays game, we can’t afford to let our heads drop. A win is massive but wouldn’t mind a battling draw! A loss although wouldn’t be the end, it could dent our confidence into the next games. Anything but a loss please - 1-1 with a Thomas goal.

Ahhh man my heart was racing on them last 4! So close to Grimsby! Sheff United is an awful draw in all honesty but we can beat them!

The board should be thankful to the players/manager who have got the club in an amazing position…Otherwise there would of been an uproar on this decision… Now is not the time to cause distress & rock the apple cart…Focus on the players we have and move on!
