  1. Is that from people you've spoken to, or the current sales numbers?
  2. I think most are in agreement with all that Chadster.
  3. Yes, we're now a good team, nobody dominates us any more, we tend to be the ones who controls games. We just can't score. I'm desperate to see JDT have another crack at it next season, with some quality additions up front.
  4. Didn't think he took it to the last game but happy to be corrected. He did get 70 points though, which is still the most of any manager since Venky's... 9 years ago in 13/14...what a fun decade we've had!
  5. The actual facts are what I stated. The 'framing' is all on you.
  6. He's the only manager of the last 10 years that's taken our involvement in the play-off race to the last game of the season.
  7. Q: "A lot of the fans are reflecting back on January, is it hard to get away from that, and can you understand that point of view? JDT: "We all know what happened in the January window, there's no need for me to talk about it. Fans are clever."
  8. Yes, there was a lot of shit out there.
  9. JDT: “The feeling is disappointment, frustrating that we didn’t get the win we deserved. “On the other hand we played against a very good side who went 1-0 up, relief to get the goal, but if you look at the whole game we were in control first half, creating chances, scoring opportunities, and it’s the same old story, a lack of goals of course. “The performance at that level at this stage of the season with this young squad not used to playhign for the play-offs was brilliant. “It was great that we got the equaliser, it was deserved, and could you imagine if Sammie’s shot went in rather than hitting the bar. “We have one final left, so who wouldn’t have taken this that we can play for the play-off spot in the last game of the season, after a long season, I for sure would taken it. “I know we are needing other results as well but this team has shown another way of getting back, togetherness, energy, and another good performance, but also need to be realistic that it was a defender who scored the goal, his first goal, a player who has developed a lot during the season, not just him but the whole team.” When you’re at this stage of the season you would want your only senior No.9 Sam Gallagher to be involved in every game. “We shouldn’t put any pressure on young Harry, but of course you want a senior striker playing in those games who is used to scoring goals. “I think we can’t complain about the effort, the performance, can’t complain about the chances being created because at this level it’s more than enough. “Actually quite brilliant that the players are able to do it week after week. “It’s more or less the same old story and having the same talk, what we didn’t see was games, that was the only thing.” “It’s frustrating, but it makes me proud to see the energy the players are playing with, the belief, the way we’re playing football, this team have come far in playing great football and creating opportunities so all the credit to the lads. “Of course we are disappointed because we deserved more but needed to put the ball in the goal.”
  10. JDT was failed by those above him. My fear is he's getting his digs in cos he knows he's off.
  11. It's all we've got left! The team has drained us again 😞
  12. PNE beat or draw with S'land Swansea beat or draw with WBA We beat Millwall. It's fucking happening!
  13. Mowbray's legacy - non-scoring forwards.
  14. We'll score 2 in the last 25 mins BELIIEEEVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
  15. Predictable. Miss opportunities, pay the price.
  16. There isn't much option. It's just a reflection on how poor/limited we are up front once BBD clocks off for the season.
  17. I know. Sarcasm. We are hopeless in front of goal...
  18. I'm surprised we haven't scored yet.
  19. Borussia Dortmund were buying potential. So is any team that buys Wharton.
