I'd buy a 12 match ST cos I can only get to about 12 home games a season, due to SKY changing KO times and night matches which I can't usually get to . But they'd prefer me to get a full ST or buy individual match tickets because that means more revenue for them. So your fan-friendly, and logical idea, will sadly never happen.

Was he not flapping in no-mans-land for the opener against Hudds? And the 2nd easily beat him. He doesn't have a lot to do as we defend well, yet he doesn't do a lot. Can't think of many saves that have stood out.

Maybe a bit harsh, but having watched it a couple of times it looks like poor keeping. I don't think Pears is particularly good, he's just not been chucking them in his own net like TK was for a few matches before he went out of the side. On the other hand Pears has never won us a match with his keeping. TK has won us quite a few.

As for a comparison, AW reminds me a bit of Gordon Cowans, the Cowans at Villa in his pomp. He has that same languid classy style, but I think Wharton is better at running with ball.
